No customer support... I would love to use this app on my store however I have been trying to contact support for setup assistance for 3 days now and no reply.
App constantly breaks. They fix it then it less than a week later it breaks again. Leaving groups of my customer base unable to order due to special pricing not being applied. It is beyond frustrating. PLEASE fix your app.

Great app! David made a couple small changes for us so that iPacky worked with our very specific workflow. Packing errors have now gone to near zero. Very happy

He made it very easy to customise the invoice with some quite specific technical functionality required for a government rebate scheme for the elderly and disabled. The app works very well, the UI is well thought out and is easy to use. Very well done team, thank you!
