Outstanding customer service, customising everything I needed within a few hours. The only app I could get to work in conjunction with another product optiions app for add-on products (using their cross-sell widget)

The app works well at integrating shopify with brightpearl. In future though they need to integrate live changes on shopify orders to reflect in brightpearl, although I believe this is coming in a future update.
Customised the app with a bespoke request within 2 hours. Can't ask for more than that. FYI the customisation ensured that items automatically come off pre-order based on the 'end date' that you set. This will ensure we can set hundreds of items to pre-order, safe in the knowledge that when the correct time comes, they will automatically remove themselves from pre-order and continue normal selling with no human intervention required!
Outstanding app - Used their discover service which, considering they did not know our insustry still managed to claw in most of our competition. Angela is outstanding and responds quickly to any technical issue or query. If you are patient in taking the time to set up each product properly, you will reap the rewards!

Excellent App - Easily Stylable to match your stores in-build variant selectors. Unlimited customisation and all pulls through nicely at checkout with no problems. No other choice for those that need to apply a complex set of options to their products. Instantly pushed all variants to google, all were approved within 24hrs instead of three days! No feed errors, everything pulled from our shopify listings and mapped automatically - Can't recommend enough and worth every penny!
