Excellent support, responded very fast and also resolved the issue immediately. Loving the app so far.
Best app and team ever. The capabilities are endless, but honestly the team staying up until 3:30AM to help us get popups and cross-sells going before launch date was a huge selling point for us. And we haven't even started paying for it yet! Highly recommend this app.

Thank you for your review. Just want to point out though that although we provide a lot of support, the app is really supposed to be so simple to use that most stores will be set up and running within seconds. And they'll see their first sales come in within a couple days. Your case was unique in that you had some custom requirements and enterprise pricing, which we're happy to address. But for merchants wondering if there's a lot of setup involved or support needed, the answer is no. It literally takes seconds to install and you most likely will never need to contact support
When we moved away from our 3PL the first thing we looked for was a software that can manage inventory and also had printer and scanning capabilities, reporting and so much more. The ShipHero team literally flew out to Toronto to meet us and train us live. I've never seen an app company go above and beyond like that. Super impressed and highly recommend.
ShipHero is the best shipping software to manage your warehouse, hands down. We reviewed a bunch, and these guys personally onboarded us with calls every single day until our entire team was fully trained. Absolutely love the software and the team!
