Great customer service. Paulo really helped out with importing our current reviews over and making sure they were all in correctly. Also quick to help us make sure the overall account is set up with email sequences, rewards and integrations. Really appreciate all of the help! Update: We had an issue with the reviews widget onsite button text colors being overwritten by our theme- and Leonardo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to find us a solution! LOVE LOVE LOVE Appstle and all of their products! Hands down best customer service. Brooks saved the day on multiple occasions! Highly recommend for small-mid sized brands. Way more cost effective than the big guys, super easy to use, and always get any questions or issues solved right away. We use Bundles, Subscriptions and soon will implement the Loyalty app! Great customer service! They helped us so much with trial offers, customizing our widget, ensuring its working properly and helping us help our customers more easily manage their subscriptions. Way better cost wise than Recharge and just as effective. Love it! Great for stores just getting started with subscription offers :)

Um, it works. Not a lot of customization, options for customers (like change billing/shipping date, add more products, etc) and lacking on analytics and retention capabilities. Best part is - it's free. If you are just getting started its a good app. We've been using it for about 6 months now and probably to the point of needing a more robust app that has more flexibility and features.

Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. We actually use this on both of our brands websites (fineusatrading.com and cranewellness.co) and it has been perfect. Easy to use. Great customer service. This app is great! It has improved customer interaction and time spent on the site, as well as helped conversions. Customer service for the app is great. Love the quiz aspect and it's helping us grow segmented email lists for specific customer interests. Overall, highly recommend this for any e-commerce cpg brand!
