Tried a few, Pandectes is the best CMP for Shopify we found; used on two sites. Support is spot on and fast. Excellent all round
Really useful app to highlight product features and selling points. A small display issue was solved in minutes by Rossie Recent updates make this even more powerful, definitely a big improvement for user experience and conversion on any standard label features that may be built into any Shopify themes.
An extremely quick to deploy reviews solution and so much more reasonably priced than some of the big names
A very useful app for adding information in a modal window (it doesn't have to be sizes, just because the app is called "size guide) - it can be used for any kind of further information that might be needed. Super quick support from Esther and Raymond with a minor display niggle - resolved in 15 minutes. Highly recommended
All the features of a premium omnichannel solution at an affordable price. We found LitCommerce by accident searching for a better OnBuy solution than the "official" integration. It was easy to set up (some mapping teething troubles quickly resolved by the support team). After using LitCommerce for OnBuy for a couple of weeks, we have moved our eBay integration over to LitCommerce too, and will shortly be migrating our Amazon integration. We've used numerous marketplace integrations over different platforms and LitCommerce is the closest in performance and features to a well-known premium system costing thousands per year. Quick to use once you find your way around it and easy to get listing and selling and has streamlined our listing and order management process effectively. Well Done LitCommerce and keep up the great work!
Truly awful. Clunky and no-intuitive. Probably works well for a limited store with a few collections and product types. But the main reasons for a rare 1-star review from us are - [ PRICING TRAP ]. We have a LOT of SKUs but only maybe 10% of them to list on OnBuy, but this doesn't matter to the CedCommerce app. We ended up with 100 or so SKUs live but at the limit of the price plan as it insisted on cataloguing ALL SKUs. A ridiculous policy, we were NOT paying more just for the app to record unnecessary and unused product data. Looking at other reviews we see we are not alone in falling foul of this practice. - [ IGNORED AND KICKED BY SUPPORT ]. We opened a support chat on this case. The agent acknowledged what we wanted to do then went silent. After 15 minutes waiting with no response we sent a nudge "Is this something that is possible to do? Otherwise we are at our SKU limit with items not intended for the marketplace". Still no response A full 23 minutes later the agent responded "hello" then after 25 SECONDS closed the chat. It was evident that we were being ignored as the SAME agent replied to an unrelated question support ticket during this time! Rude, evasive and we could not trust this company with our business. As we can only leave one star, let's look for a positive to deserve that one star.... ...the experience led us to re-look at OnBuy integration and we quickly found another which does allow us not to include non-marketplace products in our plan, is so quick and easy to use. It's not listed in the OnBuy integrations but it uses the OnBuy API
Really useful. We offer our products with no restrictions but a fitting service to a range of UK postcode areas. ZIppy handles UK postcodes just great (others forget that not everywhere has a totally numeric zip) and allows us to communicate service availability to customers without needing them to read through a long list of postcode areas to see if their area is served.
Very easy to keep two separate stores synced. Very quick and efficient support, ironing out a small niggle with two stores each with two stock locations
An excellent app. We have a number of complex products where the option choices may not be immediately obvious. This allows us to display a clear confirmation of exactly what has been chosen, to guide customers to the right choice first time, without returns and re-orders. We needed a change to the display on page load before any options were chosen and Mircea was on it like a shot, providing the customisation in a few short hours - excellent support! Thanks.
If you're migrating from Magento with M2EPro to Shopify then M2ECloud is the way to go for familiarity and similarity of process. We tried 2 other apps before discovering M2ECloud. It wasn't instantly seamless however Kate in the support team has been outstanding with support and liaising with their dev team to improve and tweak the system. I get the impression it's a product that is still "taking shape" but is already streets ahead of others in terms of ease of use. The reason for the 5* rating is the speed and efficiency of support and it's definitely been worth dealing with a couple of initial teething problems to get a robust and efficient solution - one that we know we can trust after many years of using M2E's original Magento offering.
Excellent and versatile. Somehow manages to combine the ability to make complex shipping rules with ease of use. A world away from the massively complicated spreadsheet-based affair we used in our previous Magento-based platform. Combines with the Payfy and Shipfy add-ons it has been easy to: 1) Create rules for different regions with different services and different delivery ETA's at different prices 2) Integrate with our backend order processing and dispatch system, matching options to the correct labels by use of carrier codes 3) Restrict certain items from home delivery (making them store pickup only) 4) Restrict Store Pickup orders to Cash on Delivery (renaming to Pay in Store) Support when a missing feature was spotted was super-quick and resolved un under an hour
Super easy to use image optimisation, and the 404 email reporting is ideal - sets the mind at rest in case any redirects are missed following migration from another platform. Any 404'd URLs are reported promptly so that a redirect can quickly be added. A boon for a large site. A small niggle with installation and lazy loading not working was resolved in minutes after raising a query, by Liz at Avada
An absolute game-changer when it comes to products with options that change the parts required. This app allows for bundles of products to be nested within a configurable (variants) product, and split out on the order for easy fulfilment even when parts may be held at different sources. We've used a different bundle system for years on Magento; the Simple Bundles & Kits Module on Shopify makes for a much better UX for the customer on the front-end; and simplifies order flow for staff on our back-end systems.
