So far, so good! Helpful support and fast replies during troubleshooting. App has good array of options. Would recommend.
UPDATE: The support answered and provided all the details we needed. We appreciate it. We will provide more detailed review after setup and testing. For now, we are not satisfied with the support. We tried to contact it during our trial period, but there is no reply. Can someone help with our questions? Thank you.

Hello, We responded to your original email within 1 hour of receiving it, we have re-sent our response to your second email as well within 5 minutes of receiving it. Do note that as you have raised a support ticket via the shopify 'get support' button responses go back to the store owner. UPDATE: Support was immediately offered in the meantime, very quick and effective. I tried to contact support on two occasions, 9 days ago, and absolutely no response. Unfortunately, bad customer service. The app is OK and just that, there are things that can't be properly customized.
Great app and even better support. Very easy-to-use app, especially visual editor that saves time and makes things easier. 10/10, would recommend it!
Very useful app for our store, easy to set up and use and at last, helpful support team that helped us with the layout to fit just into our customized webshop.
