We have been working with Redo for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. We use them for our shipping protection, email automations, and a custom warranty flow. Our processes can be very complicated but the Redo team has always gone above and beyond to see what they can do to customize their products and make them work for us. The whole team is amazing and there are many people willing to step in when problems arise. Shoutout to Jackson for being such a big part of why we've had such a great experience with the company and app as a whole!
Great app that is simple to use and easy to understand! When we've had problems, their support team is active on the chat and they are always so helpful and will go above and beyond to fix things for us. Shoutout to Nagaraj!
