We use EGO for our cart drawer: free shipping bar, upsells and separate carts per country. I contacted support because I wanted a gift option with a message field that shows only when the gift add-on is on. Alex answered the same day, confirmed it is possible, and showed me how the gift order looks in the Shopify admin, so we can filter and pack those orders easily. Clear answers, no runaround.

Does what it says for batch pre-orders, and support actually answers. Asked a question, got a proper reply the same day rather than a link to the docs.

Great support, user friendly plugin, highly recommend.
