Credit where credit is due. I had previously given this app a negative review. Since then the team at Tolstoy have worked diligently with me above and beyond to make improvements to a point where my facial expression went from a dark scowl to a ear to ear grin! In this short time since the team have contacted me, the outcomes have been great. Sure, it is not instant and there's learning of both a human nature and AI nature to consider but the outcome is well worth it already saving us much time and effort. No more photo shots on location and all the variables and costs that go along with it in this fast paced time poor world we now live in. We are now at a point we are enthusiastic about really deep diving inot what we can do with it. Also, the fact we are dealing with a business that cares and strives for improvement with outstanding customer service means a lot. I am a convert.
What a fabulous app! Something I could have used so much over the past years to make dealing with business customers easier...special products for particular customers and not to be seen by anyone else or to be found on google etc. Back up support continues to be exemplary and I couldnt give any more praise. By far the best customer support I have ever experienced from an app creator. Tom has been instrumental in one to one help but also the email support is excellent too.

If Tom is anything to go by, the crew at BSS is fabulous. Tom was excellent, helped me set up the B2B app and also identified another app I needed called Lock. He helped me set that up also. His explanations were easy for me to grasp too. Up till now I have had several points of contact with the team at BSS all of which have been excellent and Tom just topped that off. Exemplary! So far so good though I thought it might have some more expansive abilities like creating bundles from single items and then keep inventory track of the base items.
Easy set up and great support. This is an easy app to use and having reviews seen both on our home page and product pages has definitely helped sales.
