Loop team is always quick to help us with issues and Saurav has been great at jumping on quick calls with our tech team to resolve issues. Karan, our newest account manager, has also helped us reduce churn rate by providing specific ideas he sees working for other merchants as well.
Needed some font customizations as our target audience is older. Within minutes Lulla with customer support was abe to assist with making those changes happen.
