Discount kit is a great app and the team is very responsive and effective.
The Discount Kit app is great for complex discounting logic, the only one that worked for us. Their team are so generous with their time and support and I could not reccommend them enough. They are so dedicated to innovation and solutions, making it a lot less daunting tackling big projects or complex tasks knowing their team are so equipped to assist and advise.
Discount Kit has helped us address several Shopify discount requirements that would otherwise be complex to manage. Key functionality for us includes the ability to discount from RRP rather than sale price, manage discounts by market, and combine product and shipping discounts within a single promotion. The GWP functionality has also been particularly useful, alongside bulk product discount capabilities for our Spend & Save promotions. We also expect to use this functionality more extensively for bundling in the future. The support from the Discount Kit team has been fantastic. The team are incredibly responsive, quick to help and always accommodating - thank you Sammy & Dave!

You can't really go wrong with Discount Kit, it has all the features you need. I've had a good experience with their support even making a video explanation for me. They also hang in the developer forums.
The app just works. Dave and Sammy helped me get things set up correctly and we used it for a 5-day POS event where we'd had problems in the past with my temp helpers forgetting to apply discounts, etc. Having it all happen automatically made the event so much easier! Highly recommend -- I'd give 10 stars out of 5!

Awsome customer service, they have helped us accomplish something that no other apps were offering by adding a new feature, and they always reply super quickly. This is real value for us especially during our peak season for Halloween. They also launch new features and keep the app updated which is really nice and gives us more flexibility.
We are a Shopify Enterprise account and Discount Kit has been incredibly useful for all to setup complex promotions that require validation against not just Collection but also VARIANT level metafields (we have some sizes that are drop ship that we do not allow discount on). As a senior Shopify Plus developer working with premium DTC brands, I've tried pretty much every discount app in the ecosystem. Discount Kit stands out for how genuinely flexible their configuration options are. It's saved me significant dev time across multiple client builds. What really sets them apart though is their support. I requested a specific feature for a client use case, and they implemented it within a week. I've never seen that kind of turnaround from an app team. It's clear they're actually listening to developers, not just merchants. Highly recommend to any Shopify dev working at scale.

The app works well overall and the support team has been very helpful. One challenge has been the limitation on how many discount cards can be active at one time, which has made things a bit difficult for us. The B2B toggle also automatically sets to B2B + B2C, which is something we have to monitor closely. While I understand that the tags on the discount card must exactly match the customer tags, it can be tricky — even an extra space before or after a tag will prevent it from working, and this isn’t always easy to spot. Overall, the app works great and we appreciate the helpful support.

Their team went above and beyond, spending the entire evening troubleshooting alongside our developer to identify the root cause of an issue — which turned out to be related to unpublished collections rather than the discount logic itself. Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Discount Kit and Sammy who helped us get set up and sorted with what we needed for a recent sale. This despite our needs being quite specific and hard to achieve. Sammy went above and beyond to come up with a solution - it's worth highlighting how honest he was in recommending alternatives or other ideas that might not even have required the use of their app - something he didn't have to do but indicated to us that his first priority was getting us sorted, even if it meant we used something else. Suffice to say we did end up getting set up with Discount Kit and it has been running as needed. We use a fair few apps on Shopify and only a couple of them stand out for their exceptional service, reliability and effectiveness and we are happy to now add Discount Kit to that list. We're looking forward to working with Sammy again on some future projects and highly recommend them.

After a long search of discount apps in the Shopify store, we finally landed on Discount Kit and its sister app, Code Bulk. These two apps in combination were the only solution my business found to meet our promotional needs for different discount types, multiple coupon codes, etc. Not only that, but the support team and developers have been a godsend. Dave, Sammy, and others are also very quick to respond to any questions over email, and they work fast too. Discount Kit is one of the most important apps we use. We tested several other discounting apps in our search, specifically for volume discounts, and Discount Kit is hands down the very best. Seriously, nothing else even came close. It's easy to configure yet super powerful and so fast it feels like a native feature. The discounts automatically work on the web store, POS, and draft orders. This feature parity across all order input methods was big for us. The developers are very responsive to input and fixes. This is such a powerful app. We have some pretty sophisticated dollar-off discounts by product, which includes an array of bundle discounts. The new Custom Discount feature is excellent, for our use case it has provided a solution to Shopify’s 5 active automatic discount limit, as it allows you to setup multiple discounts within a single automatic discount.

This app is really great, it makes shopify's built in discount functions much more... functional. With the native buy $x, get 1 item free automatic coupon, the discount shows up in the cart in a really funky way, where every item in the cart, up to the price minimum, show up as having a discount. With Discount Kit, it just shows the discount on the free item in a normal way. Customer support is quite good as well.
This is our favourite discount and volume bundling app and an essential tool for our business. We would highly recommend it to other Shopify merchants looking to boost their Sales volume and Average Order Value (AOV) We have switched from Revy Bundles to Discount Kit to offer volume discounted bundles on our Shopify store We wanted to switch from Revy Bundles as it didn't use Shopify Functions to stack bundle discounts with order value discounts such as our welcome discount code for new customers We tested several discount and volume bundling apps We found Discount Kit to be the best app Discount Kit lets us stack volume bundle discounts with other order discounts, product discounts and shipping discounts. Discount Kit is also great for boosting cross-selling as we can apply a volume discount on purchase of a group of maximum 30 products We also use Discount Kit at our brick-and-mortar store as it's compatible with Shopify POS Moreover the Order Goal Discount feature makes it a much more valuable app than other discount apps. I have tried at least a dozen different bundling & volume apps and Discount Kit is really head and shoulders above the rest. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify making it perfect for my clients who might be less savvy with Shopify apps (which can often have confusing, cluttered UI that makes setting them up a pain) and as soon as it was installed looked excellent with our theme. On top of this, when I had a question over the weekend (which I mailed very late at night too lol) I got a response the very next day that was thorough and immediately answered my question without us having to go back and forth. If you want a seamless customer experience, I would recommend Discount Kit 100%.
Love this app. Made it simple for me to add tier discounts for multiple purchases, and works directly with Shopify coupons, so no conflicts or slow down. I haven't had chance to explore the order goal discounts, but it is on my 'to do' list. I reached out to support with a question, and they were super quick to respond. 5 Stars from me!
Love this app! It integrates right within Shopify's automatic Discount tool, which makes it easy to set up. Their customer service is outstanding. They respond very quickly and have been very receptive to adding or tweaking features to make the app even better than it already is. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for an app where you can offer Tier Discounts (Buy 2, get 10% off, Buy 3, get 15% off etc) as well as the option to offer other coupons or discounts to your customers at the same time, then STOP LOOKING - THIS IS THE APP TO USE! Let me explain why... as this is really important and will save you making the same mistakes I did when using other discount apps. In order to offer tier discounts, you need to use an app, as it is not built into Shopify. Every other app out there that offers tier discounts uses something called Shopify's Draft Orders API. So what...Why does that matter to me as long as it works? Well because it's a Shopify developer workaround. Every other tier discount app out there that I know creates a discount code in the background and then applies it in the coupon box at the checkout to get the tier discount to work. (I know, I've tried plenty to my peril!) You can tell it uses this feature as it will take you to a different checkout page (try them and look at the checkout page - it looks different) You can also just ask the app developer if it uses this and they will tell you. The other issue with this alternative checkout page is that it has no breadcrumbs or navigation on the top of the page, so the customer has no way to get back to the store if they want to! Not so good if your customer has forgot to add something and wants to return to the store! What’s wrong with that if it works? Well, nothing if you NEVER want to be able to offer any other discount codes to your customers again....like EVER. But if you did want to offer your customers a discount code in the future (lets say an email promotion for Black Friday giving 20% off - you might send an email and tell them to use BLACKFRIDAY20 at the checkout) Well guess what....You can't! Why?.....because Shopify cannot accept more than 1 discount code at the checkout. And guess what....your coupon box is already pre-populated with a discount from your other lousy tier discount app! BUMMER right. You have to choose between giving your customer a tier discount on your store, or a discount coupon...but not both. But not so with this app. It uses Shopify's new native checkout extension, which means it is using code built right into Shopify, and doesn't use any workarounds or the dreaded Draft Orders API (I’ve asked them to make sure!). This means your coupon box is still useable for other discounts, as it should be. It displays any discounts on the checkout page right next to the products that qualify, making it clear to the customer what discounts they've earned and why, and does all this super fast! Another bonus - your customers can use express checkout buttons like Paypal and Apple pay buttons and still get the tier discount, without going through the checkout - a big conversion plus when customers want to checkout quickly and not fill in their details! Try doing that with other tier discount apps (spoiler alert: You can't as they need to go through the draft orders checkout page!) BUMMER No2 As you can probably tell, I am a massive fan of this app, as it has saved me so much time, and got rid of the headache I had with other tier discount apps. I haven't even tried any of the other discount features that this app offers, but for me it's worth the monthly fee alone just to be able to offer hassle free tier discounts. Oh, and did I tell you the support is outstanding! What are you waiting for?
I am using the group discount in order to increase AOV and so far it is working great! Thanks for the support from Sammy and the team there with helping me with the sale issue! It works great now. I am looking forward to new additions in the new year.
