Terrible customer support. I upgraded and paid for the subscription and it worked for years but when I had a problem and reached out to support several times to resolve it there was no response or action taken.

We’ve been using AMP Product Descriptions for several years and it continues to suit our needs perfectly. It allows us to present our products clearly and professionally, giving our customers a better experience on our store. We’ve never had any issues, but when we needed help today, the support team responded instantly and fixed it straight away. Highly recommend, great app and excellent service!

These are some of the best people to work with. I love this app, makes my titles and headlines so much easier to read for my customers. My product page looks a thousand times better. AND...their customer support is the BEST! Had an issue when I launched a new theme, and they fixed it immediatley. WOW!!! Happy customer here. :)

Note that in accordion mode, each title will have an H1 tag. This has a negative impact on SEO, because you will have several H1 tags on your page. Technical support told me that an update would fix the problem one day... In the meantime, we've changed applications.

Customer service is excellent and the app works very well. One note of improvement would be having the ability to use custom code in the elements for embedded interactive elements and multiple images.

Great product easy to use and wow fantastic support!!! I switched my theme with theme updater and had some issues with the Advanced product description not showing the same way as before. I could chat immediately with their helpdesk they walked me through a bunch of steps to take. The one thing that we could not figure out in the live chat was escalated to their developers and within 24Hours I had a fix installed and a fully functioning new system. Great product - We wanted this to allow us to add in extra descriptions and videos for a bunch of the products. Support is also lightening fast!

No way to export data from this app. We have over 300 items and customer service told me that the way to export is to copy and paste into a Google Doc. The developers of this app have obviously never run an online store. The app works in all other respects, although the integration is a bit weird because you can't click a button inside the app to return to the Shopify product description. Had I known that these guys developed an app for product descriptions that didn't have export capability, I would have never signed up for this. Apparently, we've got a lot of copy/paste to do before we transfer all of our data over to another app.

The app is exactly what we were looking for. It's great that you can adjust the look on each product so it's not all or nothing. Robert the app developer was EXTREMELY helpful! When I had trouble loading the app with our custom theme, he jumped right in and installed it for us in a few hours. If you are looking for a clean and flexible product description app... this is the one! There's a free version for up to three products so it's perfect for new storefronts. You cannot beat the customer service. You feel like you're talking to one of your own. Definately recommend!

Had a little hiccup with the accordion not working in quick view. Support fixed the issue and I was able to complete my tasks.

I was using a third-party theme from Shopify and had a bit of trouble getting it installed which is no fault of this application, BUT after contacting customer support, Robert was very quick and attentive to my needs and was able to resolve the issue and I love how it looks now!

The app is pretty easy to use. For a complete beginner on Shopify like me, I was able set up the product descriptions very easily. The best thing is - when I needed to customize the Descriptions a bit, Robert helped me do it in no time! He was so quick with his responses. Highly recommend the app!

This app is great! It makes the product descriptions so much sleeker and best of all, since we're just starting out, we're taking advantage of the free plan. Originally, our product descriptions were long and scrolling, but now with the accordion, they improve the user experience, creating a more manageable product page.
