Had excellent support with this app today and found it to be a very useful add on.

The multi step menu has been a big improvement on the system we were using. The user interface and rules system is easy to follow and intuitive. Being able to copy options from one product to another has also saved us time. We did require some assistance with custom CSS, but the support staff were really helpful and got everything up and running for us. All in it's a great looking system that's easy to adjust and update with helpful support staff, I recommend it highly.

I've been using APO for almost four years. At the beginning it didn't have all the functionality I was hoping for but, as they promised, they continued to work on it and make improvements. I'm now able to sync options directly with my inventory levels in Quickbooks. This is a game changer as it makes option management easier and we will have fewer issues with items being accidentally sold that are out of stock. All this functionality is great but what sets this app apart is the level of customer service they have provided. Our company came up with an idea for a mix & match item on our website where customers would be able to custom select various treatment vouchers to build their own package. It seemed like a simple concept that I would be able to build natively in Shopify. However, we offer a lot of different services and I discovered that the build out was not possible in Shopify because there were too many variants. Additionally, the way I had to build the pricing in Shopify was very complicated and frustrating. I looked around at multiple different 3rd party apps and none of them did what I wanted. I was about to completely give up on the idea and then stumbled on APO Product Options. Their app was so easy to use and did precisely what I needed. Within a day I had our new item built out and live on our website. We feature this "Mix & Match" item multiple times a year in our sales and now every time it is the highest earning item on our website. Additionally, APO Product Options has some of the best customer service I have experienced with 3rd party apps. They helped me to custom design the item on our shop and ensured everything was working perfectly. I have had a couple of small issues while using the app, all of which were user error, and every time I reach out they very quickly get back to me and have fixed the issue. 10/10 would recommend this app to anyone interested!

We have been using APO Product Options for years now and whilst it can sometimes be challenging to accomodate specialised options in products but APO is a real game-changer. For us what sets it apart is the excellent and very rapid support. No issue is too small and they are always happy to help! We can't recommend them highly enough.

Solid app, and the reason I would recommend it is the team behind it. Support is always there and answers almost instantly, including on setup questions that were really our architecture rather than their bug. The app itself lifts the native variant limits and lets us apply option sets across the whole catalogue, which is the only practical way to run made-to-order at scale.

We've been using this app for a couple of years now. Does everything that it says on the box. But, the killer feature here isn't the app - its the support team. I've always been able to find a way to solve the problem or work around it if the app doesn't have the specific feature I need.

I've been using this app for a very long time, and I was genuinely worried when the version I relied on was about to be discontinued. My catalog is complicated, and I had no idea how I was going to update the app since my setup was being phased out. I was floored by the level of support the APO team provided. We have only been using APO Product Options for a short amount of time, but we cannot believe how easy the app is to use with our Shopify store and how great the customer service has been! I think I have been using APO since almost the very beginning. I have a unique storefront that has a ton of variations, as well as customizations. The developers behind this app are amazing. They are always willing to help or even customize options based on what you need and are looking for. I left APO for a couple months while redesigning my website because I wanted to see what else was out there. I tried a company that has been around for a while that offers reporting on product options but I quickly learned that I was giving up an important aspect that APO allows which was the ability to work hand in hand with Wholesale Gorilla to manage my wholesale customers. Now if only they will start adding in the reporting features ;) Thank you all so much! And shoutout to Maggie for always helping me!

Customer service from this team is second to none. We have been using this app since 2020 when we started our business for our products that have multiple variant options and complex rules. At the time we didn't plan to use it long term as it confused some customers when they went to their cart, but with the new update and a bit of integration guidance from the team, it works SEAMLESSLY. The team have always been very responsive despite being in a different time zone and have a solution to any query. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a user friendly option to create product variants and upselling options.

for the past 4 years i've been using the Squarespace platform and it worked. But I read that Shopify is better for businesses that specifically sell products and I dove into researching the capabilities of Shopify. Honestly, Shopify wasn't that great until I discovered the APO Product Options app which changed the game for me. So much more customizable options for creating an easier experience for the customer. My favorite feature so far is the way I can create and edit each specific option in one place and it integrates through ALL of the selected products. That alone has saved me so much time. In Squarespace, I was going through every product one by one if I needed to make a change in the options. I'm still very new to the capabilities of Shopify and the additional apps you can get. But APO Product options is the singular app that made me not regret my decision to migrate to Shopify. The customer service is just as great! Quick, responsive and very helpful with trouble shooting, guiding and explaining details.

Highest recommendation for this product and its support staff. Our Shopify stores have unusual and complex needs for combining products--far more complex than "what four cookies do you want in your custom box?" APO Product Options is the only app we found that could deliver on the complicated rules necessary for some of our products. Best of all, the support team is extremely responsive to questions and requests. They walked me through every step of setting up options and rules. Whenever we needed tweaks or fixes, they would deliver by next business day, and they would check back to make sure everything was right. I can't say enough good things about this app.

Every time I’ve had an issue they’ve been helpful, found a solution, and exceeded my expectations. With my “site host” crashing during Cyber Monday it caused a new product to not be recognized in the cart with the variants but they FIXED EVERYTHING for me.

great app - great support

Angie did an amazing job of making sure the things I couldn't do on this app with behind the scene coding was done to her standard. I'm totally impressed with the customer service she provided without hesitation and with out extra cost. Just a quick chat w her and she took over from there and fixed the small issue I had in minutes and then followed up to make sure it was right. I tried another app prior to this that was a competitor because Chat GPt recommended it but had to delete the app and tried APO Product Options. They were super quick to lend a hand and I had my page up and functional in no time.

Amazing back end support. Helped with every question I had

So far everything is great. The app wasn't working quite smoothly, but the support team was able to fix my issues immediately (which ended being an issue with my Shopify theme). I am currently learning and testing it out, and the amount of options and customization I can have for my listings has been amazing so far. I am so excited to go live with these new options this service has provided me. So far so good, definitely recommend. I sell custom jewelry, and I can already see that things will run so smoothly.
