We have been using this app to generate bulk product descriptions, and it has been an absolute game-changer for the workflow. What really sets them apart, though, is their support. The team is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in setting up the templates properly.

OK I am revising my review, the problem was my fault as I tried to run it on over 4000 products at once. Ricky helped me out and reissued my credits and advised me not to overload the program so much (50-100 max at a time). It does exactly what it says it will do just be warned if you are making site wide changes on thousands of items it will take some time and to do them in small batches.
I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails) I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store. Store: wild-willow-and-co.myshopify.com Uninstalled on: April 19th our email: info.wildwillowandco@gmail.com Please review the billing period for this charge. If it was applied after uninstall, please issue a refund.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the app not initially supporting UK English. Previously, the app supported general English, which we now realise wasn't sufficient for UK-based stores. Thanks to your suggestion, we've quickly added UK English as an output option in both the Quick Generator and Bulk Generator. Your input genuinely helped us improve faster. It was very good. First, you actually get a human and not an AI driven loop that can only handle the most basic questions. Second, Kevin was a good communicator and understood my issues. I am pleased with the app to a large extent because it is well supported by capable people.
For now, I'm trying out the free plan, but from what I can see, this app works really well and offers lots of possibilities! I spoke with Brian, who was very friendly and professional :)
I was helped by Penelope to fix a SEO description for one of my collections. For some reason it thought my candles were something you eat, she showed me how to do it correctly to get the right description and even credited my account for the mix up

This is simply the best AI description app I've found (tried a bunch). It delivers product descriptions without fluff. Other AI apps add superfluous adjectives that makes the description sound ridiculous and "salesy". This one avoids sales smarm. It's just clean and to the point.
