This app was everything I was looking for! It gave me full creative control over customization options for my product. I contacted the team at Angle 3D to help set up everything. Maël and John were a great help and assisted me every step of the way. From the 3D model creation, to the setup up and integration, Maël and John took care of it all. The loading speed of the customizer is excellent and is very responsive on both desktop and mobile. I’ve scoured the App Store for the best 3D configurator and spent a lot of time with competitor tools— THIS is the one you want. It’s faster, more fully featured, all with great pricing. With Angle3D my site feels more like a product experience. It was an instant level up. I was able to build it all myself (thanks to thorough video documentation). Also, Mael and John were very helpful- they met with me, walked me through the features, and helped me troubleshoot whenever I hit a snag.
I can 100% recommend this app. Once you get the hang of it (which really isn't that hard) it works like a charme. Best part: the customer service. So far Mael and John could solve every issue of mine in no time - and they are around the corner for a call, which is really really awesome!
Mael and John are great. Some work could be done regarding the design process/workflow. However, you'll get exactly what you're looking for at the end of the day. Fantastic app to showcase our bathroom furniture. We were looking for some tech to show in 3D where a customer can chose a size and colour of vanity unit and then select a countertop basin to see how it looks on top of the vanity before they buy it. Maël and the guys took the challenge and I am delighted with the result. Pricing wise they were very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Angle 3D are excellent!

Mael was very helpful. He was honest about how using their app maybe overkill for our store and advised us to use the free, native 3D viewer in Shopify. He also pointed us to some resources to get our files professionally converted to the appropriate format to get us started. We will be back to use the app if the complexity of our models increases.

Look no further than this app. When you're looking for a 3D configurator app for your Shopify store, there are a lot of options you come across. Some are reasonably priced, and some are very expensive... Chances are you're trying a lot of them. We did that as well... When we came across Angle 3D we were surprised by the reasonable price. But we were blown away by the possibilities, the way it's easy to use, and above all; the customer service. Maël has been really helpful in getting the most out of the 3D configurator. Proactively providing us with tips and helping us when we needed to expand the options. This app is worth its money and exceeds all expectations.
I've looked around at several solutions for 3D Shopify previews, and this one is by far the best. It's very easy to set up and really flexible. I use it as customizer for an assembled-to-order product, and it handles that usecase perfectly. Mael is also extremely helpful with support whenever you have issues. I messaged him on the live chat, and literally within minutes was in a video conference with him to debug the issue I was running into - and he's also always eager to get feedback and suggestions to improve Angle3D. If you're interesting in trying it out, there's the trial which pretty much speaks for itself. I would recommend preparing a 3D asset ahead of time though in .GLTF / .GLB format though (Blender can export this), which is what Angle3D uses, so that you make the most of your trial time.

This is an incredible app with first-rate support. We paid for the 3D models and setup, which was well worth it, as the quality and user experience is wonderful. The format is not suitable for semi-translucent materials, but that is the .glb format and nothing to do with the app. We are in the process of adding additional models. If you want to customise products, look no further. Highly recommended.

This is an incredibly powerful and empowering application - but not only that, the founder and developer is an incredible support and has been there since day 0 to help me resolve all of my issues. He does not prejudice if you get his assistance or use 3rd party 3d designers, he simply wants to be there to serve you and your business in the best way possible. I have been absolutely blown away not only by the application but Maël himself, his patience and intelligence, and would highly recommend this to anyone. We move to Angle3D from Expivi, who's support was very lackluster, and couldn't be happier. Maël is the real deal - hardworking, honest and a great guy.

I just had a talk with Maël to see if the app was what I was seeking. I was really amazed at his honesty, insights, and superb customer service. In my personal need for the webpage, unfortunately, this app doesn´t help and it was Maël who told me this wasn´t fit for me. The fact that he was able to help me instead of telling me to download and pay for the app talks great about the values of the people behind the app. I wish Maël and his team the best, and for whoever this app could work, rest assured there's a team behind who are there to help your webpage grow!
This app allowed us to build a customer interface where they are able to build their own bike in 3D. Maël and team helped so much and always responded promptly and helpfully. This was a big project where we had very complex requests, but Angle 3D helped us complete everything we set out to. Highly recommend!

Mael; Thank you for helping me assist a lot of bugs and tweaks for the product 3D configurator. I have been looking for something like this for a complicated product, but this one is very different and helpful, they only charge monthly fee but the other apps charge commission as well apart from that. The configurator is easy and seamless, though the process of preparing took some time for me; it was worth the wait.

This is a wonderful app, made even better by the amazing support provided by Mael. The app is really easy to use, and my customers are having so much fun customizing their rings on my website (HollyHagueDesign.com). The price is also great for what you get. Mael has been incredible every step of the way. He is not only patient and generous with his time, but is great at customer service--he's good at understanding my specific concerns, and never made me feel like I was being needy or unintelligent. I was looking at paying over five times the price for a competitor's software until I found Angle 3D. It's an amazing app, easy to use with all the functionality needed to visualize and customize furniture. Customer support is awesome, sent them an email and within 15 minutes they got back to me and offered to hop on a video call and walk me through any questions I had.
This is a remarkable app and excellent value. The customer support is absolutely top notch; the developer is helpful and responsive; being able to book a 1:1 meeting with Maël at the outset of the project was extraordinarily useful. My client is delighted with the results; Angle 3D is a cost effective way to bring quality 3D customization into both their website and customer demo's. I especially like the conditional logic feature -- it's a must have.

Its stunning how many features are included. there is hardly no limitation and its so smooth to use! Furthermore the Support ist the greater I have ever experienced! They take the time with you to look at things and even help you to set up stuff. I had 2 issues and both were solved in 12h. This is super fast and so sophisticated! I wish I could give 10 stars! I recently decided to offer customized gear for my site and ultimately decided on Angle3d. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, the app itself, and the overall experience I had using angle3d. The project I was working on had several details and nuances that would of been irksome to do on my own accord; however, Mael took care of everything and at a very reasonable price. The price for the app isn't necessarily cheap, but neither is the quality and customer service. Angle3d is a winner.

Easy to us 3D configurator. Product configurations can be bound to variants or single products which makes the configurator very flexibility. After importing your 3D-Model you can access each component and show/hide it or apply a texture/color to it. Very fast and friendly customer service.
