She also offered me an additional 1000 optimisation images. I really appreciate her support. I would recommend 100%.

Quick and easy to use.

I just installed the app to use in my store to address my huge SEO product issues. I contacted the support team and spoke with the lovely Frank. He was very helpful and quick to respond to giving me access to the store features. I must say the app is so easy to use even if you are not tech-no-savy. I recommend Frank and the SEOLab team 150%. If you are an online ecommerce business owner, I recommend checking out this app - highly recommended.

The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.

I am really disappointed in google very limited human support. My account has been suspended from the beginning of the year and still I cannot get any support. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same suspension comes up even when I create new account. This is so unfair to business owners as we are suffering with getting customers. How are we to pay for ads when we cannot get any business? Why are there no human live chat support daily, 24/7 like other providers and google is rich? I am really annoyed with this. October: Previously, google MC can be a real headache. Time consuming, you just have to have some serious patience. You cant delete anything from it, frustrating and some fixes need you to have contact with outsourcing workers from some countries that has worries of scams.

I sought support from Luna just now. She helped me to find a good supplier and complete the mapping process. I recommend 100% with regard to support staff, which was quick. 5 Star.

Initially, when I installed the app I had so resovations about it and was not happy at first. I however, reached out to the support team who were so lovely and helpful. They worked with me to get the mobile app to be both usable on Apple and Android. I did have to do some work myself, other than that they did their part of the work. I have seen both previews of what the app would look like before going live. I now have to get it registered on apple and play store, which does cost a fee (nothig to do with bitbybit) but companies themselves. Overall, I would recommend this app and the team highly, and I have checked the order processing and it was smooth. My sister in USA tested the sign up and she had no issues. I await the approval from Play Store. 100% recommendation for my bitbybit team, from someone who is not tecno savy (LOL). ShelloCB.

I installed the app to create a landing page for my store. I got support from Duke who was amazing. I am not a techy, however he was patient with me and went step by step through each process using screenshots and records to show me where to go. I really appreciate the fact that despite his shift was over he still waited until I completed everything and was able to publish my landing page. He is amazing and would recommend the app and the team, especially Duke. Awesome 100%.

I installed the app to integrate with my ebay shop. I found the staff Sahil very helpful and the integration had some clitches initially but was able to sync to my ebay shop. The only issue I have is the limit for free plan, and the pricing is a little expensive. Overall, not to difficult to install and configure. I would recommend.

I sought the support of the team to set up the app and was assisted by Harwin. I find the app really helpful in importing reviews automatically from aliexpress with just a few clicks. I was searching for really good apps that I can use to sell products at reasonable prices and still make a profit. I downloaded and installed the app and tried to find suitable products. I was having some issues with the connection and Vera was able to help me, along with the support of their Tech team to resolve the issue.
