Configuration via the FAQ made the setup of the connection to Aus Post very easy. A follow up tech setup call provided clear instructions and made the system easy to implement. In addition, some great suggestions on how to optimise the config was appreciated.

We recently made the switch from our previous shipping app, Addition (AMP), to PluginHive's Australia Post Rates and Labels app, and the difference has been night and day. The main catalyst for our move was the support from our old app, which can only be described as terrible. In complete contrast, the support team at PluginHive has been absolutely outstanding. Setting up accurate shipping rules can be complex, but every single time I contacted the PluginHive team, they responded within hours. Their replies were always concise, highly technical, and packed with the exact helpful information we needed to map out our business contract requirements. Thanks to their fast turnaround times and excellent customer service, what could have been a stressful migration was made completely seamless. If you are running an e-commerce store in Australia and need a reliable Australia Post integration backed by a team that actually stands by their product, I cannot recommend PluginHive highly enough. Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.

I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.
Great app. Love that it makes it easy for aust post to connect. Great support staff and onboarding process. Appreciate the fact that I can talk to person to get help.

Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.
