I already use the Bundlex Bundles app which has been awesome, and I came across Bundlex Cart Drawer and was excited to try it because I was recently inspired by Macro Mike's website to start offering free gifts to customers if they spend X. Marius has helped me on his other app (Bundlex Bundles - awesome app btw) and he immediately helped me on my query for this app. Thanks Marius!

I got this app so I can charge different postage rates for Zone 1, 2 and 3 postcodes in Australia. Shopify doesn't natively support conditional pricing by postcode. So I've installed this app, my postcode list for Zone 3 was HUGE and exceeded the capacity that this app could handle, and Osman fixed it pretty much immediately!!! I've got 3 different rules, all with 1,000+ postcodes each, and they are all working (I've tested). Thanks so much!!

This app is great - I'm able to offer so many different tiered discounts and cool product bundles which should entice my customers to buy more and/or new products! I prefer to offer discounts this way, rather than generic discounts! I can't wait to see what my customers think. It is so flexible and advanced! Thanks Simon for helping me so quickly when I had a question!

Edit: Looks like this app is no longer supported. Support haven't been online in nearly 2 months, and my changes won't reflect on my site. So disappointed - Should have given your users a heads up at least. Original: This is a great app - I’ve had 26 customers fill out the post-order question so far! It’s just a question asking how they discovered me and it’s actually great to know these answers!

I moved over to this app after experiencing unresolved issues with another app. This app is so cheap and supports small businesses with a free tier, which is so generous! I highly recommend this app. What amazes me is that this app is faster (with processing labels) than a more expensive app I moved from. I think the loading time for processing each label on here is 10 seconds quicker or something!! I don't know what time zone support is in, but they responded to my message immediately at 2:30pm AEST when I had a support question. The bot automatically replied with the correct info, and support still replied immediately to give me a manually typed explanation anyway! I think you guys are undercharging! I'm sure many others, and myself, would stay if you even bumped it up by a couple dollars per month. Keep up the great work!

There's a 2.9% payment fee to pay affiliates their commission. So what was a 10% commission is actually a 12.9% loss. Why is the processing fee higher than the 1.75% fee that we pay to sell the product on the website? Oh, and this app is buggy on the Shopify mobile app. Can't choose a Collection when configuring the Commission amount - apparently there are 'No Collections' so I have to go on the Web app to configure the commissions. I have to say I was really frustrated to learn that the processing fee is 2.9%. I don't understand why it is so high. It's a Shopify OWNED app - we already pay ridiculous fees in other areas of Shopify. It would be nicer if the commissions came out of our payouts, and not charged by our payment method later.

This app is great - Although I wish the preview had a portrait option, as I don't print in landscape.

Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair (I think I am on the $19USD tier) and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.

I’m so glad I’ve found this app. It’s the best product variant app I’ve tried yet. I love that it has conditional logic with Shopify variants, the ability to make a variant out of stock, etc. I will definitely be a long-term customer of this app. I’m annoyed I didn’t find it earlier!!
