Loving this app, and the support from the team is amazing, specially from Swati, she helps in setting up any kind of complex discount.
Swati from FAD support team was brilliant in walking this newbie through set up and even some customisation for our site. I was very impressed with that level of customer service...and the app works well too!
I had an issue with AIOD - All-In-1 Discount due to a conflict with another app, and when I reached out for help, the support team guided me through a smooth migration to FAD Auto Discounts. All of the customer tags I used in AIOD continued to work perfectly, and when I struggled with the setup, the support team responded quickly and handled everything flawlessly. Thank you so much for the outstanding support!
Reached out and got a response within 2 minutes. Then my problem was resolved in 15 minutes! Great customer support team
Deserves 7 Stars! Cheers to the Cirkle Studio Support Team for recommending I switch from AIOD to this for the specific functionality needed. After 4 other Discount Apps failed, this one works. If you are offering discounts to 2 classes of customers (retail and wholesale, for example, or general and loyalty-club ), you need this app. It includes rules to exclude Customer Tags from seeing offers. It didn't require any programming integration, and with a few helpful screens from Support, I have separate offers running. Worth every penny.
Appreciation Messages Crikle Studio's FAD Sale & Automatic Discount app exceeds expectations! Easy setup, seamless integration, and top-notch support. Boosted average order value with minimal hassle. Volume discounts and BOGO offers are now a snap to manage. This app integrated perfectly well with our theme. Five-star experience app and responsive support team. Highly recommended!"
Chirag, from the support team was incredibly helpful. He continuously supported us in understanding the app and setting up our workflows. Many thanks. I would definitely recommend!
This app is great!! So far its only just been downloaded but it does exactly what i need it to do. Stack multiple discounts and offers, it has a clean lay out and settings. The support is so fast and fixed all my issues very quickly. I spoke with Chirag and he was great. Offered to get on a call and helped me through the whole process
Exactly what we needed! This app made it super easy to set up volume discounts and BOGO offers without messing up our checkout flow. The tiered pricing shows up beautifully on product pages and integrates cleanly with our theme. What really stood out was the support — super responsive and went the extra mile to help with setup. Highly recommend if you’re looking to boost AOV with a smooth, reliable discount tool.
As always, Cirkle Studio LLC has delivered an excellent application! Chirag was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and the app performs exactly as promised. 5 stars for sure!
