Loving the app so far. Great help from customer service to get it all set up & branded.
Amazing support, product works a treat! Back in stock alerts works really well for us, we alerted our customers that we had an old product coming back, gained 15 alert requests and sold 180 in the first five minutes!
Amazing app, simple to install and manage. Customer support is quick and reactive to solve any issue or doubt.
This is a good product and comes with pretty good features in the free version itself. Jay from the support team was very responsive.
I am selling products that are available at a specific time, so I am using the Coming Soon Feature from the app. The app works well for this as products can be visible already in the shop. A feature that is not provided by Shopify natively. The support team is very responsive. For the moment it is no working for the sales Channel FB/Instagram. but the team promised they are working on this to add other sales channels.
Love the app for when we do merch launches. It's great to get that kind of buzz around it. I had a few small hiccups but the team were great and was able to fix it for me with no issues.
The Back in Stock app has been a fantastic addition to our store. It was very easy to set up, and the "Notify Me" form looks clean and professional. I really appreciate how customizable the app is—we were able to match the form with our store's design and even add icons to the button. The app works exactly as expected by automatically collecting customer subscriptions and sending back-in-stock notifications when products become available again. This has helped us capture potential sales that we would have otherwise missed. What truly stands out is the support team. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us customize the "Notify Me" form exactly the way we wanted. Every question was answered quickly, and they genuinely cared about our requirements. Overall, this is a reliable and feature-rich Back in Stock solution with excellent customer support. I highly recommend it to any Shopify store looking to recover lost sales and keep customers engaged.

Although we have only recently started using the app, we are already very happy with it. It helps us improve our customers’ experience on the website by giving them the option to sign up for “Notify me when in stock” alerts, which is extremely useful for both customers and our team. The biggest highlight for us has been the support team. Their support staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They assisted us a lot with the entire setup process, answered all our questions quickly, and made everything much easier for us. We are very grateful for their help and are looking forward to continuing to use the app.

Great app for my products when they are listed within collections. The dev team is working on making sure that the app also works on "featured product" website blocks. Jay from the team has been quick and responsive, very pleased with my experience thus far

Installed the app and it worked great, fast forward 30 days and it stopped working. Reached out to them for help and they had it fixed in no time! This has been a great option to collect emails and phone numbers from our customers. Most of these apps only allow you to collect emails

Coming soon and back in stock are working great. The app is fully friendly and saves you time to handle this important services for your e-shop. When i needed some assistance for some aspects the customer support was absolutely fantastic and helped me handle this with no hesitation. Installing the app was the best choice we made. This app has really enhanced our ability to market products before release and while sold out. Their support staff is extremely helpful. The extra features in the paid version were well worth it.

It's rare to find Apps that actually do what they promise to. But this one is easy to use, very functional and allows me to control my products availability. Very powerful for such a simple app. Easy to use and amazing support right in the app itself. So far 5 star product and support.

People can bypass the coming soon feature and are able to purchase items ahead of them being released. I have multiple orders from iphone users who add item to cart by clicking on item quantity hitting go, and by passing coming soon restrictions before item launches. It is a great feature and interface, but if it doesn't work and a few people take advantage it hurts other customers from getting an item that is very limited quantity. If the fix the bug that allows users to order ahead, than great, but I have not had a response from my customer service request to be refunded due to app not functioning properly.

It's a great and simple app overall. However, lately, the app been crashing (twice in 4 months or so). Although the customer service is rather quick at managing the problem. Recently, Jay helped me in under an hour with my problem. Hopefully, setubridge team can improve the app experience and prevent similar problemas. We, customers, only use this app probably once a month. It would be great to have a reliable app each time we need to use it.

The Coming Soon app is really impressive! It allows you to easily set specific products and collections as “Coming Soon,” which makes managing upcoming launches extremely smooth. App has worked great for me so far! I mainly wanted it for the coming soon banners, but I'm excited to try out the other features. I've had a few bumps in the road with some features working on my website, but customer service has been incredible and they have helped me figure out everything and even offered to help change other things. 5/5!!!!

I was a bit confused about how the Coming Soon badge works in the app, but Priyanka helped me extremely well. She guided me step-by-step, clarified all my doubts, and made the setup very easy. I had a few queries about the Coming Soon form, and Priyanka from the support team responded immediately. She quickly understood the issue and resolved it right away. The Coming Soon app itself is very easy to use, looks clean on the storefront, and makes it simple to build excitement before launching new products. Really great app! Does what it's meant to do very efficiently and is also very easy to use. Several ways to configure if you want to have Out of Stock product along with Coming Soon products too. Had a couple questions and support was fast and very helpful. Highly recommend!

App works really well and support has been excellent. We use the app to have a countdown timer until product is available and app automatically shows the add to cart button at that time. Seamless install experience.

This app has been invaluable in helping our website display release times for customers. There is a very affordable option if you want light-duty work, and you can upgrade where needed. The customer service team is super helpful any time there is a bug or update that needs to be worked around.

This app does exactly what we needed — show “Coming Soon” products, collect emails with a Notify Me form, and auto-release new arrivals without us having to manually update anything. The countdown timer and badges look great on both product and collection pages, and the Klaviyo integration is super smooth. Easy to set up, no code required, and great support. Not recommended. After setup, the “Coming Soon” feature only works on products listed on the first page — from the second page onward, it stops working. Related product sections such as “Related Products” and “Recently Viewed” also fail to function. I purchased the highest-tier plan, and while customer support responded quickly, the issue remained unresolved even after a week. My time was wasted, and I have deleted the app. Not recommended.
The setup was easy and the customer support is fast and excellent!

The SB Coming Soon Product app is simple, effective, and easy to set up. It helps create excitement for upcoming products, and the customization options make it easy to match my store’s theme.
