AI Contact Form Builder by ZB

Very fast & helpful response at sorting out an issue. Thankyou.

Very easy to use and super responsive support team!

Hi , This is a gamer changer for customer service issues for business. awesome plug in and great support from the team.

So far, so good! I switched over from another contact form because an increasing number of folks were reaching out to me on facebook saying they were unable to find contact information on my website. I hope this switch fixes that problem. I was able to get it to work quickly, and it's appearing across all my devices, but since it has only been installed for an hour or so, I haven't received any messages yet ;-) update years later in 2024: I've had a great experience using Zotabox, so far! The EU cookies notification feature is what drew me there initially, but have found the customizable contact form and the alert pop-ups very helpful, too. Thanks!

Easy to use app for forms, powerful functions, highly recommended if you need any email integrations and services!

I use the free version it was Very easy to customize. My contact form is gonna work very well. Great job! very helpful.

I like the app. I have it placed on bottom of screen for anyone who needs to ask a question. Which I believe people will respond to better. Tigbuls-variety

Great app for adding a contact us form to your online store. Very easy to set up! I loved that you can change the background, add the form to your main menu, etc.

Was struggling with another contact form app and was looking for an alternative. Zotabox turned out to be super easy to set up and I was live in a matter of minutes. Even the free version has enough to get a good test out of it and then we can graduate to a higher plan. Excited to see it at work!

I use this app to allow customers to easily contact our store whilst they are browsing our website. It was very easy to implement on our website and customize as needed.

I just added this app and love it so much already! It's so easy to use and format. Thank you so much!

I used this app for my shopify store contact form. I am so glade I can customize the color to match my brand..I wish I can have more fonts..to match with mine :) Thank you!

Its really a such ideal app, included all the functions which I want to have, of course you need to pay for it, but I think it is worth to pay.

Created contact form on Contact page. Was able to personalize it, make it pretty and load it up without any issues. Using free version and it is doing all that I need it to. Love it.

Fantastic app and very cheap too but ace quality. I use it instead of the bog standard contact page as it has spam guards. I have also customised it to suit my brand. Love it! Thank you Marie https://www.loveamberx.co.uk

I was looking for an easy contact button and this app is perfect.

I just added the "Contact Form" to my Shopify store and am very pleased with it. The form is customizable and looks very professional and unique to my site! I had to do some tinkering to ensure that it works with the Mega Menu app, but I sorted it out quickly and it looks great. Very happy!

Very useful app. Features many tools you can embed into your site easily!

If you're looking for a simple contact for that was easy to install and looks great. This is it. We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. www.wicked-good.co Wicked Good creates handcrafted unique fragrances that embrace the centuries-old craft of bourbon perfumeries but with a bold, modern sensibility and a touch of whimsical magic. #SmellWickedGood

Had this app for some time where I use the data collection form. Have just discovered stickers after searching for something similar I realised that zoto already had this feature. Brilliant! and you get so much for free . That said I think I will be switching to premium very soon as there is so much else to utilise

I use this app all the time for many clients. So awesome, so dependable, and never experienced a bug. Really a 'plug and play' app and the free version is awesome but the premium features are just amazing!

Easy to set up and customize.

Thank you for the ease of getting to the end result I wanted for the website. Your app is awesome. Laurie https://embellishyourlifeaccessories.com

Does the job and is very easy to set up!

Good app, gets the job done. Very easy to install and customize and it is free!

Easy Contact Form is fantastic! My website had been around for a long time and has quite a large base of new customers as well as returning customer but since using this little lightbox have had a major increase in contact us forms inquiries. I'd say about 80% of which have turned into conversions (off course you have to have great customer service as well). The best part about it, it is FREE! Also I have had many customers complementing the form, saying it makes the site look very professional and trustworthy. Have a look at my website to see the live version of it in action!

Unbelievable app!!! I wish I had discovered this earlier! An absolute must have for any serious Shopify user!

Thank you so much for the free tools. I am sure I will purchase something for you once my store is running smoothly. It is very helpful!

An excellent app. I was pointed towards this app by Shopify, who admitted that their native contact form was spam-prone. I am glad they did, because I have found that Easy Contact Form not only works well but that I could easily customize it to do what I wanted and to match my store's theme. Also, I had a minor issue with Easy Contact Form and their support fixed it for me very quickly and efficiently. Always a good thing - you don't want to get an app and then find nobody's home when you have a problem. Thoroughly recommended.

I love this app! It makes contacting our staff cool and fun! Highly recommended! www.mattsmusicstorenc.com

Great App for free, look forward to trying further premium apps. Thank you for this great service.

Very usefull app, easy to install and use, will definitely introduce it to friends.

Very easy to use and works great with my store! Would definitely recommend!!

I really like this contact form. It is FREE...so the price is right. I love how simple it was to install and set up. They give you lots of great options, but my favorite is the ability to put a photo image behind your contact form....no other contact form that I found in the shopify app store has this feature. I sell children't fabric and this feature lets me customize the form to my shop. It really looks like it belongs. LOVE IT! The forms function is great, too. I can set this up to come to my personal email (the customer never sees my email address) and then I can reply directly to them. NICE! Highly recommend. If you want to see how this looks, visit my shop and click on the "Contact Us" at the top

Easy to use App! Great Contact form.

Great app, a real joy to use and makes our life a lot easier. I'm thoroughly impressed with it and I believe it helps give confidence to our customers, to know they can contact us any time. Many thanks!

My favorite new contact form. I LOVE how much you can customize it with art, colors, fields etc. They also don't fill up your contact correspondence with advertising links. Super easy to integrate and worked immediately on my first try. This app rocks!

Great App. I love that you can change the background.

This app is so easy to use and since I added it to our site, has increased email sign ups and contact form submissions exponentially. And even when I did get myself into a bit of mess (user error!) the support team was AMAZING.

As a shopify novice this was extremely easy to use and produced a professional result!! Thank you :)
