A Total Game-Changer for Bulk Product Management! As someone managing over 2,500 products, I can confidently say that Vela is a lifesaver! Adding bulk variations to listings used to be a daunting, time-consuming task—until I discovered this app. In just two clicks, I was able to add five variations to 148 listings! The time this saved me is unbelievable. No more messing with intimidating CSV files or tedious manual updates. The interface is intuitive, and the process is seamless. I am experiencing considerable frustration as I attempt to update my Impulse theme to version 7.2.0, only to find that the Gempages becomes wonky And will not display the page in the process. This issue is particularly concerning as I rely on it to operate the landing page for my subscription box service. Unfortunately, after receiving an initial response from support, I provided the requested information but have not received any further correspondence. It has now been three weeks without a resolution or response, which is simply unacceptable. For reference, my support conversation ID is 55544600619044, and my contact at support is Hugh. I granted Collaborator access as requested on March 10th, but despite my efforts to follow up every 2-3 days, I have not received any additional communication. While I am generally averse to leaving negative reviews or publicly calling out a company, I find myself uncertain about the appropriate course of action to take next in order to resolve this issue.

5 star shipping insurance app + service to match. This is exactly what I was looking for after spending thousands of dollars with Route. Two years; and less than five, small claims, I knew I was leaving so much money on the table. I thought about hiring a programmer, but this app has everything I wanted; and more. It's affordable and ready to install in one click. Talk about instant gratification. The team was super responsive to any changes / customizations I wanted to test. I went with their suggestions; and am happy to report 90% of our customers are opting in and our conversions are up. A win-win! This is one app that every store needs to install. Shannon is so helpful. She really went above + beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue today. She also set up email notifications, which I did not even know were possible. A great app that's really pushing our conversions over the top with little effort and cost. I highly recommend Postscript.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I have tested several affiliate apps here on the marketplace over the last few weeks ShoutOut, Affiliatly and then several others that I reached out to ask specific questions, but never responded. Goaffpro responded with detailed instructions on how to set up what I wanted. When I wanted to included CrateJoy, they replied that they would build a custom integration for me. They have been very responsive to all my questions. I am looking forward to working with them. ‎

Huge shoutout to Kurt from Ethercycle. He suggested I install Venntox "Order Lookup"; as I was having issues with customers checking out with text vs email + lots of people could not find their orders. We were getting 5-15 customers reaching out to customer service a day. I'm thrilled to report, going on day three, I have not have a single person reach out for their order status. I was looking for a sticky cart option-- I really like the clean design + layout of this one. I'm bummed we have to uninstall; as it's not working properly in our shop. I did reach out to to support and received a quick response, only to discover some our products are not using product variants, but rather properties. We have so many variants per product and use an outside app to manage them. Therefore when using this app, the options are not mapping to the their cart. We therefore can not tell which scent customers are selecting. This is a limitation that obviously won't work for our shop. There is a work-around, Their tech support was willing to implement the properties in our products, but this has an additional cost. It takes 4 hours of work at $ 20.00 USD per hour. Since we are in the middle of a pandemic + economic crises, I'm not comfortable spending additional funds to get this app to work.

We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to set up. It saves us so much time, it's like having another person in shipping. I can print 100 pick tickets and shipping labels in 10 minutes. I also like that I can customize the tracking page, set up different profiles and customize tags and rules. It's powerful, but simple to set up and use. I also really like the end of the day batch report and option for the PO to scan from my phone vs having to print a report. Easy to install and set up. I was hoping to step up my FAQ page a bit. This looks very professional. I know there is a way to set up this feature in the code without paying for an app. However, I'm not that tech savvy. It may be worth it to pay someone to set up vs having to pay $4.99 a month. Still testing. It's a bit more complicated then a click of the button to sync listings from one marketplace to another. For instance, I was looking for an option to sync my Shopify store with Etsy. It's taking me about 5 minutes per listing. So for that reason and the fact that the dashboard is a bit confusing, I deducted one star. However, out of the few other mutli-channel apps I've tested, this one is the best so far and at a great, affordable price. I've had a few glitches and multiple questions getting started. This is one of my all time favorite, must-have apps. It's easy to install and use. If you have a lot of content, this app keeps it all organized. I love how you can set up static tabs. I also like how you can add something under all the tabs. It's super quick and easy to update.
