Outstanding app, even better people behind it Drip Apps has been there for me exactly when I needed them most. From the support team right through to the owner himself, the level of care and involvement is something you rarely see from a software company. Every issue, bug or feature request I've raised has been taken seriously. It's looked at, properly discussed, and then either fixed quickly or genuinely considered for future development. You never feel like you're just another ticket in a queue. I can't thank the team and the owner enough for all the work they've put in and for their patience along the way. With their help I've built a very successful DTF transfer business, and the Gang Sheet Builder has become a core part of it. My customers love how easy it is to use and the features it offers, and that directly shows in repeat orders. If you're looking for a gang sheet solution backed by a team that actually listens and keeps improving, I can't recommend Drip Apps highly enough. Keep up the great work!

Best gang sheet builder I've used, hands down. We run a massive DTF shop that prints and ships hundreds of orders a day, and this app is part of how we keep the whole operation running. When something needs attention, I message support and it's handled fast, usually before I've finished my coffee. No runaround, no waiting days for an answer. Justin and his team are amazing. They treat our problems like their own, which matters a lot when a hiccup means hundreds of orders stuck. If you're picking a gang sheet builder, stop looking and install this one. Five stars isn't enough!

Absolutely love this app. It works great and has become an important part of how we run our business. Support has always been extremely fast whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, which matters a lot when you’re running a busy shop. The owner is great as well—knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly cares about the product and the people using it. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with both the app and the team behind it. I’ve tried other solutions, including Antigro, and my experience was completely different. I personally would not recommend Antigro. Their model required us to purchase credits upfront, and unused credits remained on the account. I believe I put around $5,000 into it just to get started, and ultimately barely used the app because I found it unintuitive and difficult to work with. That was an expensive lesson. That experience makes me appreciate Drip Apps even more. Easy to use, great support, responsive owner, and an app we actually use. I highly recommend them.

Not sure how they have any bad reviews unless maybe these might be trolls from competitors, support is amazing, gang sheet builder is 2nd to none, they are constantly adding new features. Best Builder on the market, we tried changing due to fee structure, which they just recently changed and my customers demanded me to go back.

I can't say enough good things about this app. The setup process was incredibly straightforward, and the app itself is amazing to use. Recently, I had an issue where the app wasn’t loading properly, and the support team stepped in immediately with a super fast resolution. It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality with such responsive customer service. 5 stars!

**UPDATE** This guy has now blocked access to this app and shut us out of out completely for this review. His fragile ego couldn't handle being wrong. Is this who you want to have access to your business? Lawsuit incoming. *UPDATE* Since leaving this review, the owner of the app messaged me on my personal Facebook account (super weird) to proceed to tell me that it was somehow my fault that these problems happened because I didn't reach out to him personally...I don't know this guy. My fault that their support didn't respond multiple times to my inquiries, my fault that their unsupported feature lost us thousands of dollars, my fault that they didn't tell any of their users that this feature had changed since implementing it. Make that one make sense! He called me insane for leaving the original review below and was a crybaby about any sort of criticism for how he handled the situation. This was a clear violation of Shopify's partner policy that has been reported. Looking at their other most recent review this seems to be a pattern. Super unprofessional. Got some great screenshots for a Youtube video though. If you have a look at his review response it really proves my point here. I also have a screenshot of him saying that there was no warning message when the feature was originally added, but nice try buddy. *Original* I've spent a year with them and it started off great, but support got worse and worse as time went on. Major bugs are coming up with zero response from support which is pretty ridiculous after paying them thousands of dollars. We'll be leaving to build our own solution.

Sounds great on paper, you may wanna check the negative reviews first before installing. They boast these features for their app, but wont tell you until later that they dont work for the base subscriptions. There are other companies out there that offer their full package with the regular subscription. Probably best to use those instead. UPDATED: Because I left a one star review for their refusal to fix their own issue with their app, they blocked all access to the app on my end. Which means customers can upload their images, they can charge me for the upload, but unable to download it on my end. If this company is able to do that to a customer, and will/have done that, and sends unprofessional emails, then they arent a company you should trust with your personal business. Here is the story so you have context: I wrote them about a feature that wasnt being applied to my account. They replied with that they cant fix it. So, because they dont offer the full features, i left them a 1 star review. An app that doesnt function as it should, gets a 1 star review. They replied by locking me out of being able to download the files my customers upload on my end, while still charging me for the uploads. Halting production, taking money, and being petty. Ask yourselves, do you want to give that much control over to a company who can do that in your store? Don't. As of right now we are reporting "Drip Apps: Build a Gangsheet" to shopify for fraudulent activity, which submitting screenrecordings, screenshots, and submitted emails. Something like this should be reviewed by Shopify, and as a vendor, you customers should be very aware of the amount of power you give these guys. DONT TRUST THIS APP.

It’s a handy app that solves a lot of problems. Plus, the support team responds quickly to issues. However, they need to improve the live chat feature.

Absolute best! We had an issue where something corrupted and caused the print to be distorted. Obviously the customer was not happy. They took care of the cost for the reprint and over night. Absolute Amazing Customer Service!!!

This tool and the support has definitely been five star. Out of hundreds of orders there's only been maybe two issues and the support quickly resolves them. I'm excited to see the new updates.

The team at BAGS understand how to partner with you. They positioned themselves on the same side of the table with regards to how they make money. I gladly give them a percent of revenue because when things go bad, I know it is not just me feeling the pain. They are too. And I also know they are working diligently to get things back up. This doesn't happen often but when it does it gives me peace of mind knowing they are working on it. With that being said, the product is amazing and they are continuously improving it. Our customers rave about it, which is what matters most. This tool has made our processing of orders so much more efficient, with the PRINT ANYWAY button for our customers. While I want to print perfect images, I know that when an order has come through, I can print without having to address image resolution issues, overlapping designs or designs outside the art board because they clicked PRINT ANYWAY. With our turn around time, there isn't time to address these issues. Customers have to address them before submitting. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it. They are partnering with us all.

Time saver! Amazing app! Justin and his team are a godsend. Customers needed a nudge in the beginning, but even though they were reluctant they are now reporting back that it’s so user friendly! So far so good, customer support has been awesome, they helped me install the app on my custom pages. this app makes it easy for customers to order DTF Gang sheets up to 100". Only Con right now is that its limited to 100", but that doesn't bother me because the images can get really large after 100" so its good.
