Not only is their entire software extremely buggy and hasn’t improved after repeated service tickets with customer conversations disappearing, they also ignore you as soon as you want to cancel and will bill your credit card anyway. I had to contact my credit card company and report fraud to stop the charges. Really disappointing. Just use Klaviyo, their Whatsapp solution is much better. UPDATE: one of the cofounders also found my personal phone number and is now intimidating me via text because of this review.

Hi guys, thanks for your trust. We migrated you from trengo achieving 70% full automation throughout all channels through our workflows and ai (draft) replies. This is one of the most-automated 9-figure-ecom-cases in the world, and we are gonna tell everyone soon. The best thing is: This is just the beginning, this is still #dayzero. Thanks for your trust!
