Signed up, connected our courier account and provided the required API details. Shortly afterwards, our account was suddenly deactivated with no explanation. There was no clear support option or customer service path available to resolve it. Given that we had just supplied sensitive courier API credentials, the whole experience felt extremely concerning and honestly raised serious questions for us about whether this platform can be trusted. Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend providing API access until their support and account security processes are much clearer.

Really impressed with Seal Subscriptions so far. The app has been straightforward to set up, easy to configure and gives us plenty of flexibility for managing our subscription offering. We also reached out to their support team during setup and Henry was incredibly helpful, responsive and had everything sorted for us very quickly. It’s refreshing to deal with support that actually makes the process easy. Great app, excellent support and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommended.

I’m updating my original 5-star review to 1 star, and it’s incredibly disappointing to be doing that after being a long-term Propel Replays user. We’ve used Propel since the app was much smaller. In the early days, we even worked directly with Tom from the Propel team, who listened to our feedback and made improvements to the app based on things we needed. That level of support was one of the main reasons we stayed with Propel for so long and originally rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the app today is not the same experience. There is now a constant pattern of features being limited, functionality being altered and existing users having to adapt to new rules. The latest example is the decision to move the session recording purge from once every 7 days to once every 30 days. There was no email advising us beforehand. We simply logged in and discovered that functionality we had relied on for a long time had been reduced. For us, clearing recordings was never about trying to get additional recording capacity. Propel still does not have a proper archive function or even a simple way to mark recordings as reviewed and move them out of the main list. Once you have a large volume of sessions, managing everything becomes unnecessarily difficult. Clearing reviewed recordings was how we kept the replay area organised and usable. Instead of improving the management tools, that option has now been heavily limited as well. And this is not an isolated decision. There have been multiple adjustments over time that have reduced flexibility for existing users, often with little or no communication. That is what makes this so disappointing. We supported Propel when it was a much smaller app, gave feedback, worked directly with the team and watched the product grow. Long-term users should not be the ones continually losing functionality as the company gets bigger. Propel started as a genuinely customer-focused app. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience we are having. There are now better session replay apps available at around the same price point that offer stronger value for money, better recording management and a more complete feature set. It’s a real shame because we were once happy enough with Propel to recommend it with 5 stars. After everything that has happened over time, we can no longer recommend it

Fantastic tracking app and a great experience with the support team. 17TRACK has made managing and monitoring our shipments much easier, especially when dealing with multiple couriers and a high volume of orders. A special mention to Echo from customer support, who was extremely helpful, responsive and took the time to properly look into our questions rather than just providing a generic response. It’s always reassuring when support is actually willing to investigate an issue and help work towards a solution. The platform itself is easy to use, the interface is clean, and overall we’ve been very impressed with both the app and the level of support provided. Definitely a solid tracking solution for ecommerce businesses.

It brings together image optimisation, technical SEO, structured data, site-speed tools and newer AI-search features in one place without making the setup feel overly complicated. The app itself has performed reliably, but the support is what really stands out. Julia was incredibly patient, transparent and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand how we use the app, reviewed the most suitable plan for our needs, clearly explained what would and would not change, and stayed with us while we updated the subscription to make sure everything remained active and correctly configured. It is rare to receive support that feels this attentive and solutions-focused. It was wasting time, creating extra admin, and making it harder to know what was genuine and what needed a closer look. Since installing MIDA Fraud, it has made a huge difference. The app is easy to use, does what it says, and helps us spot risky behaviour before it turns into a bigger problem. It has saved our team a lot of time and given us much more confidence when reviewing orders. The support has been just as impressive as the app itself. Alicia from support has been amazing, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and genuinely willing to listen. She took the time to understand what we needed, answered our questions properly, and made the whole setup feel a lot easier. What I really appreciate is that the team actually listens to feedback and is open to improving things when needed. That makes a big difference when you are running a busy store and need apps that work in the real world, not just on paper. Honestly, MIDA Fraud has been one of those apps that just makes life easier. The bigger fraud apps should definitely be watching closely, because this one is coming up fast. Highly recommend it to any Shopify store dealing with fake checkouts, card testing or suspicious activity.

We've been extremely impressed with SMART Checkout Rules. The app gives us a huge amount of flexibility over our checkout experience, shipping methods and post-purchase offers, while remaining easy to configure and manage. The post-purchase upsell functionality is particularly powerful and has allowed us to create highly targeted offers based on the products customers are purchasing. The interface is clean, reliable and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. What really stands out is the support team. They're responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help when you need assistance. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to gain more control over their checkout and increase average order value.

Does not work after you install the app. Waste of time

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. I rarely leave negative reviews, but merchants deserve to know what they're getting into before wasting their time. Chargeflow advertises itself as "Free to install", yet somehow fails to clearly disclose that after spending over an hour installing the app, connecting your store, entering business details, reviewing settings, and working through the onboarding process, you'll be hit with a mandatory $100 authorisation hold before activation. Not on the pricing page. Not prominently on the App Store listing. Not before installation. At the very end, after you've already invested your time. When I questioned this, I was met with AI-generated responses, copy-and-paste templates, and support agents whose sole objective appeared to be defending the process rather than addressing the concern. Even after escalating the matter to management, the response was effectively: "the information exists if you search hard enough for it." That completely misses the point. A requirement like this should be clearly disclosed upfront, not buried in help articles and discovered after merchants have already committed their time. The most concerning part is that after reading other reviews, it became obvious that this complaint has been raised repeatedly by other merchants. The responses provided to them were nearly identical to the responses I received, which tells me Chargeflow is fully aware of the issue and has chosen to continue the same practice. We were evaluating Chargeflow for implementation across more than 14 Shopify stores. Instead of securing a significant customer relationship, they managed to destroy confidence before we even became a customer. If this is the level of transparency and support provided during onboarding, I have absolutely no interest in trusting them with chargeback management. Save yourself the frustration. There are other providers in the market that don't require you to spend an hour setting everything up before springing a surprise $100 hold on you and then sending AI-generated excuses when you question it. Avoid.

We’ve worked with quite a few Shopify apps and support teams over the years, and I can honestly say the support from Chloe and the Easify team has been some of the best we’ve experienced. Not only is the app itself extremely powerful and flexible for personalised products, but the level of support and willingness from their team to help optimise and customise things for our store has genuinely been incredible. Chloe has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Every issue, optimisation request, UI adjustment, and performance concern we raised was handled professionally, quickly, and with genuine care. Their team even helped customise script loading behaviour and frontend functionality specifically for our store to improve performance and customer experience. What really stands out is that they actually listen to feedback and genuinely try to help rather than giving generic support responses. We’ve tried quite a few AI chat tools for our Shopify store, and LenoChat has honestly been one of the best so far. Setup was simple, the interface is clean and easy to use, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent. What you see is what you get, which is rare with a lot of AI tools. What really stood out for us is how well the AI works alongside live chat. When the AI can’t answer something (which is rare), the handover to a real person is smooth and doesn’t feel clunky at all. It also connects to the major social platforms, so everything comes into one place instead of juggling multiple inboxes. Support has been fantastic as well. Sophia was incredibly helpful during setup and answered our questions quickly and clearly. Overall, we’re really impressed. It’s a well thought-out platform and honestly one of the better AI chat + live chat solutions we’ve come across. At this rate, I can definitely see these guys becoming one of the top tools in this space. Highly recommended.
