CustomCat: Print on Demand

This exactly what I was looking for. Printful and Printify make it difficult to actually to earn a profit from POD sales. CustomCat has quality products like Bella+Canvas and fair prices. The integration with Shopify was easy. The only thing that wasn't intuitive for me was the split shipping and how that works, but CustomCat's support team was quick to help out. I'm currently on the Pro trial but it looks like a perfect fit for us.

CustomCat has the best staff, especially JT. He made the process so painless for me. He even volunteered to assist me in areas that I didn't realize I needed assistance in. I feel so much more confident about this new journey, due to this interaction.

I feel nothing short of BLESSED to be working with Custom Cat as my print on demand provider. I am currently on my 3rd year working with them and EVERYTHING about them is outstanding! I especially love their new DigiSoft Ink, which is much nicer than DTG or DTF! The ink actually stays on my customers' shirts through many washes and withstands the test of time. These guys are chef's kiss (muah!) awesome! Print quality aside ( but print quality is exceptional as well, I don't exactly know what "digisoft" even really means, but I DO know that I like it) this is like an old school business from the mid 90's (in the good sense), if you have a question or problem and need to call them.... you can actually get a HUMAN BEING on the phone!! (imagine THAT!) they are super helpful and patient (if you are as dumb as I am) and will help you reach the finish line. Specifically, I have mostly spoken with 2 reps in particular. Much props and praise to both JT and Mike. They are doing the lord's work out here. I briefly tested the waters with the bigger players ( printify, printful, etc) and I landed on planet CustomCat. Highly recommend. ALSO a tad cheaper pricing and equal if not faster delivery time. USE THIS PRINTER!!!

I have used CustomCat for the past several years as the primary vendor for our website, www.ROMEOCLUB.com. Very happy with their service - you can call or email and get a reasonably prompt response. Other than a couple of product issues these past few years, 90% of the issues were "user errors". The most recent "user error" last week, they went above and beyond to quickly resolve (same day) my mistake. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service.

I have been through the ringer when it comes to POD companies and I can say for sure custom cat is BY FAR the best of the best in quality of prints, size options, prices, customer service and shipping time; most of my products have even arrived early. I've only had one bad print and it was replaced without any resistance from the company. Every customer has been more than satisfied with the product saying "it looks just like the picture and one customer has claimed they've washed their shirt over 10 times and it looks brand new still truly incredible. I don't write reviews too often, but a few words on Custom Cat... In the beginning we were highly skeptical about POD as a whole. Custom Cat made it extremely easy to understand and begin doing business, as we use it for our store on Shopify. In particular, Mike B. was instrumental in taking care us via customer service. The company is located in my hometown, so I was actually able to walk in and tour the facility...it's HUGE, and state of the art. They are really getting products out and ready for delivery in the fastest times that we've dealt with, by far. Anyway, highly recommended to the person that is on the fence or coming from another POD company for whatever reason. Hope this helped with your decision.

First off, I'm very biased. And here’s why, and after you read this review, and you try them you will be too. This company continually, amazes me and blows my mind. I've never worked with a Print on demand (POD) company that is so involved in their seller’s success. Perfect example is my last job, I had so many last-minute issues with the order due to my client, it was crazy. To say I was panicked, is an understatement. In the design and t-shirt business, time is gold that can melt away like ice on a hot day, if not handled quickly. But to them, no stress, calm business as usual and they got the job completed and out the door super-fast. I’m so grateful, even more so my client was so impressed with the quality and print. We will get more orders from them because they are singing our praises. THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT. They made me a priority and they jumped through hoops to help me, and they always have. I felt like I was the only seller but that’s how everyone with CustomCat feels. If I could change anything, it would be more clothing style options for women. But it’s my understanding that is coming soon. Like seriously they are that Great! They take suggestions seriously. Really enjoying my experience with CustomCat so far. They're one of the only POD companies I've found that does EOD — embroidery on demand. They have a large catalog of products, and great customer service too! I talked to Mike B. today for almost an hour about all sorts of things including a cool feature I didn't know about their app which will save me time loading collections of products to my site. I love the more personal experience they offer (you can actually call them) and will definitely be sending more of my business to them in the future. Recommend you give them a try too!

Custom Cat is by far the best fulfillment company I work with. They're better than Printify, Printful and all others. I'm working diligently on moving all things over. Great to work with, and easy to deal with. Turnaround is great, and they stand by what they do.

I have not started selling but CustomCat has already earned all my sympathy. Great products, great mockups and the best support team I have seen for a long long time. I just miss the possibility of keeping products ready to upload or edit, and an easier shipping setup. Still, I have checked many POD apps and this is the best by far for me. Just go for it.

I love CustomCat! The support is amazing. I couldn't get the personalization aspect to play nice with my new Shopify theme (Debut) so I reached out to CustomCat for help. Just got this email from Alex: "I just fixed it. Interestingly, your theme's product template did not contain 'jquery' which is pretty standard for all themes I have worked with. Once I added the line of code to your product template it fixed the issue. Test it out and make sure it works for you!" YAY, it now works!!!

CustomCat has a Customer Service superstar by the name of Jahaira. They were extremely helpful with a variant issue we were dealing with. They worked the with us for about 2 weeks, troubleshooting different things until we finally were able to track down the issue. I've never experienced such phenomenal support. I mean, THEY literally went over and above to solve our issue. We were damn near ready to hire them to our staff if we could. It really made us feel like our partnership was super valuable.

Mike listened very carefully to my questions and provided the answers in a very clear way. I am a graphic artist and new to the Print on Demand scene. I used to print via silk screen and used the post office as my shipping center. Fast forward to 2018 and thanks to CC, I can sit back and focus on designing artwork. With CC's affordable product prices and affordable shipping costs, I can now get rid of my warehouse and printing supplies. As a graphic artist this is the ultimate experience; all I have to do is draw, upload and let my marketing skills and CC do the rest. The value of my time being free to draw verses shopping for supplies and setting up the screens is definitely worth the monthly premium. CustomCat is the quintessential print on demand app for your drop shipping business! Their customer service is the best and rarely will you find customer service representatives that you'd remember by name just from how awesome they are at their job. If you ever have any problems with your orders, just shoot them an email and it will be quickly solved. Even in tough situations, they will be by your side. Their products are excellent. The most beautiful products are their dye sublimation items such as Mugs. DTG printing is above average but that's because DTG printing is still a progressing technology. Don't get me wrong though, the printing they provide is sometimes too good to be true when you consider that it is DTG. Once again, if there are ever any problems in your print order, CC will quickly rectify it and send your customer a free replacement. All you have to do is be like CC, provide excellent customer service and all will be well. CC is also always evolving, always expanding their catalogue of products and always improving the app and quality of items. Try them out if you're already using other print on demand apps. I'm sure they will be better than all your other apps. Heck you can just use them along with your other apps. All in all, you'll be making a great decision for your business when partnering with Customcat.

There are a lot of resourceful Shopify video tutorials when first getting started. Also, CustomCat has so many products available to market my brand effectively. CustomCat was an easy decision to make.

I love this company ! Nothing is better than being able to pick up the telephone and talk to someone if you have a question. I was able to do so before I installed the app and after. They pull their orders every 2 hours and they simply make entire process a smooth one.

I have limited IT skills so establishing any online platform is daunting to say the least - I have found Custom Cat easy to use and more importantly when I have had problems their support service has been exceptional (speedy responses, polite and informed responses and a willingness to walk you through any issues, however basic, without attitude). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Cat to anyone and once all the online stuff is done their products are top quality whilst considerably cheaper than their opposition - well worth the monthly $ commitment if your serious about establishing a viable online store.
