Betty with tech support was absolutely excellent. We're a flower shop in the San Antonio area, and have been using the app for a long time. Betty understood my issue and got answers for me right away. She event went above and beyond when she noticed some things that could use updating on my page with their system to make it work even better. I appreciated that so much! Very happy with the App AND their tech support!

Jessica was amazing in trouble shooting my issues with online ordering (turns out I had put a max cart limit!). I use this app for my customers to select in store pick up or delivery along with their delivery by zip code app. they make it super easy for both my customers and us to navigate. Their customer service is top notch as well!

Chintak Pandya provided me quick and very accurate solutions to the issue I was having and was super patient and stayed with me while I had to pause talking to him and help a customer!

I've been using this app for a couple of months and its terrific! Their IT support, getting set up, and then tweaking what I need quickly has been MAJOR! They understood what I needed and was able to get me set up very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!
love how easy this app makes it to make customized SKU's and barcodes. I got labels from Uline - they matched up perfectly with EasyScan's available options. their customer service is stellar. Fast, always understands what I'm asking and has an easy to follow answer. Also in getting set up they taught me tricks to make it easier/faster - like favoriting a label design so I don't have to start fresh each time!
Karol was great at understanding my issue and helping me through the process. We didn't get it 100% resolved - as it has to be escalated within their developer team, but at least we have a plan of action and know exactly what needs to be done. looking forward to the final help
