really great and simple app to use. from what i know they the only one popular in the market that help alert paypal disputes as well before they turn into chargeback which is a great unique value they have. I highly recommend using them

I had problems with setting up processing mids for chargeback alerts and I contacted them and helped me fix and correct everything. Customer support is just awesome!!
Abigail was absolutely amazing! I had a serious issue with automatic chargeback alert refunds from my previous service, and she took the time to understand exactly what happened. She helped configure Disputifier so I have manual control over Ethoca and CDRN alerts and added a rule to prevent automatic refunds on delivered orders. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the system works going forward. Excellent customer support and highly recommend!
Blad my man, This guy is the ultimate go to person for me, I've onboarded about 3 MIDs with him, he went above and beyond explaaining all details how to set everything up. Can't thank him enoguh. Now I can relax and dont worry about the chargebacks
Love the app, works like a charm, simple to navigate, but most importantly - really good customer service. Diyosa helped me with about 20 different things I needed, all in under 10 minutes!
I initially had a hard time understanding how the app worked, so I booked a call. I ended up speaking with Chris, and he was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He got straight to the point, explained clearly how the app would help my business, and even showed me ways it had already been helping me without me even realizing it. On top of that, he spotted a major issue on my Shopify store that I had completely overlooked. Perfect on every level. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. You can trust them with your eyes closed. Highly recommended!
Great customer support! I reached out to ask about the CDRN & Ethoca alert processing time window, and Abigail explained all the rules clearly and patiently. This plugin is really helpful for merchants to prevent chargebacks, the response mechanism of pre-chargeback alerts works as described. Worth installing for any Shopify store worried about payment disputes.

What stood out most was how thorough and calm she was — even when we had several technical questions around descriptors, alert overlap, duplicate billing, and account activation timelines. She gave practical answers, pointed us to the right resources, and made the whole process feel much easier. Excellent support from Mae as always. She’s a star!

Bleona was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was initially very confused and frustrated about a chargeback alert situation, but she took the time to clearly explain how alerts, refunds, and chargebacks work step by step. Her responses were fast, professional, and reassuring, and she made sure I fully understood what was happening with my Shopify order and why the refund was automatically processed. Even though the situation itself was frustrating, Bleona handled it with a lot of empathy and expertise. Excellent customer support — thank you again!

This app is fantastic, and the team behind it is just as impressive. Mark and his team always provide excellent support, give clear and professional answers, and truly know their stuff.
