app won't work on third day straight - customer support said developers are on it but it's not fixed and no update has been provided

Rishabh has been incredibly helpful, he not only designed a custom feature just for us for A/B tests which is already an incredibly rare thing within Shopify apps, he also responds extremely quick to all requests. We've went through 4 A/B test apps to run a test we wanted and with him it was up and running within 72h and provided us some extremely insightful information. We plan to continue using the app to further improve our store and provide a better experience for our customers with less friction.
