Great response and assistance in resolving an app conflict. Up and running the way we would like. Thank you for your assistance.

The app is easy to use and you can choose which reviews you want to add. I would highly recommend it. Customer service is very good and they solved my issue quickly when I didn't see the product reviews showing up on the homepage.

The team was very helpful! They helped me to properly integrate the app with my stores theme. I recommend. Thank you Mike!

The best reviews app out there. It is very simple and convenient to use. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommended. I have it on all my stores.

this app raised my sales a lot, team always help with all questions, thank you so much, keep up developing your app

This company stands behind it's product. In general it works well for what is needed. The customer service rep helped me with getting my product review layout colors right and they configured it all for me. The only thing I can see for improvement is the implementation of Etsy reviews as it takes some time since you can only load 4 at a time. But if you have patience, you'll get your reviews up and then it will help to generate sales. Overall pleased with the experience so far!

Editorify is a great app and easy to use. Price is really good for there service. Support responds fast and is there to help you for any reason.

The app does exactly what it says it does. Looks great and is easy to use with the free chrome extension. Had a few display issues with a custom theme and they took care of it immediately. Great support. 10 stars!

Fast with good customer service. It is very suitable for beginners. Hopefully after a while of use. If I no longer use the app, after that i still keep all reviews because already paid the cost before. Not completely lost, after the end of the contract. Thank you so much.

Very quick reaction to my question. Part of the problem was resolved very quickly. The rest remains with the team. Thank you!

The customer service response is very quick. Mike is a good support role in this procedure. Thank you. I recommend this APP.

UPDATE - I am in the process of refreshing my website. I am so happy to see the updates that that been implemented to the App. I had a few tweaks that were needed and the team was very quick to address them. Again - really recommend the app. Wonderfully easy to use. I used it to pull in my Etsy reviews onto my Shopify website. I had a few questions and the team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the app.

Editorify is the answer to our reviewing needs! We've used quite a few review apps before finding Editorify and were disappointed in the functionality of them. We wanted a simple review platform that people can just click the stars they want and submit it, no requirements for name, email, etc.and Editorify delivers just that

Support team is very active and will help out with urgency. Thank you again! this will save you time

Super fast and efficient support team! I am using the app to add some of the reviews of our clients to our store and it works great.

Love this app, easy to install and use. Compared to other review apps, this app meets all my needs, especially the import function is amazing.

I had a hard time importing the reviews from my Etsy shop to shopify because other Apps can't convert the CSV files and Etsy only gives you CSV files. Editorify solved all the headaches!! It's super easy to import all the reviews with pictures! So happy with it.

most helpful app i used it with most perfect customer service i see really i appreciated all support i got form editorify team if i find ten star i will give it to them.

This is a great Review Importer App. This app worked as soon as I installed it. I only needed some help changing a page background color and Moshe from support fixed the problem right away. This app has a lot of options and I like the ability to block reviews that contain certain keywords or certain star ratings. You don't need to show a one-star review on your site because your customer is mad at the post office. I highly recommend this app and its customer service. Update 11/25/2020-I am still using this app. Since my first review, additional features have become available and the features are very useful. Pop up reviews and Showcase pages to name two. Anyway, the customer service is still great. This is a must have app. First reviewed March 7, 2019.

I had an issue. Contacted support and the response was really quick. The problem was resolved in a very short time. The app does work really well.

Works well to import reviews from Etsy, customer service was fast to help and fix a minor issue. i recommend this app.

Update: I asked one queston and got a reply immediately! Thank you very much, Mike! I love this app! I have imported the reviews from my Etsy shop. It is so easy! And the customer service is wonderful! I definitely recommend this app to all Etsy sellers. Thank you so much, Moshe, for your great service!

Their support team is amazing!! I ran into a few issues with products not showing up and settings not registering correctly. I contacted customer support and had the pleasure of working with Mike. He was fast to respond and immediately set out to resolve my issues. He was great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and was able to correct everything super fast! He gave me exceptional customer service!

Editorify is a fantastic app with even better support. Lightweight, fast, and highly configurable. Perfect presentation of reviews, I am super pleased!

It's a good App for importing and collecting reviews, while the style and layout match with my theme perfectly. Hope for more practical function expansions.

I’ve never written an app review before but the support is so great for Editorify I had to make time! Moshe is sooo helpful and responsive you can’t go wrong. Only issue I have is switching over to this new review app I have to enter all my current Shopify reviews manually to match new reviews set up. Otherwise it’s fairly easy to import reviews from Etsy.

Very friendly and efficient customer support for this app. I recommend them, they did an excellent job!

I love this app! It’s very easy to use. Moshe at customer support was very helpful and professional when I contacted him on some minor issues. I recommend this app. Thanks again!

This app does its job and the customer service was fast and professional. Great job guys I would recommend.

App functionality works well without any problems and I can see that the team is continuously working on developments. The support is REALLY great! Actually, it is the best support that I have received so far within Shopify. The team answered to my questions very fast and they even helped me to adjust the editorify app features to my current theme without any hesitation! I definitely recommend this app!

If someone leaves less than 5 stars for this app, that means they don't know how to use it. Customer service is very helpful, they actually do everything for you. Thanks to you guys!

Worked as advertised! I have been importing reviews and star ratings to my shopify store and it's easy. I had a little speed bump at first, however their support was extremely fast and friendly. Everybody needs Editorify!

Very good app. Allows to import reviews very quick from many websites. 5 stars for the support team. Solved my issue very quick. Great communication! Recommend

I used this app to add reviews to my website and I can’t say enough about it love it and so easy to use and customer service is absolutely amazing!!!!!!

It's very suitable for my theme. It's convenient for me to show photos and comments of customers. It's very atmospheric.

I've only had this app for less than a day but I expect that it will be a great asset to my business. The support I received was top notch- friendly, knowledgeable, and super speedy!

The team was very helpful in pasting the code to the right place (when I couldn't find where to put it). Looks great now!

Amazing customer support and dev team! I downloaded this app to import reviews from Etsy to Shopify. It is very easy to import reviews, and I am able to select which reviews to import and not import. Reviews show up nicely on my product pages. I had a question so I emailed support, and they got back to me within 5 minutes. The dev team was quick to help me when I needed some custom features for my Shopify store and when I had an issue with importing. Truly a life-saving app from a great company!

I use this app to import my reviews from Etsy, The customer service is amazing, would highly recommend working with these guys!

I found a few things lacking when I first tried out this app. I spoke to support, and they addressed those issues. All in the course of about two weeks. How many apps do you know of where the developer will competently add features upon request in just two weeks? This app's support and development team really stand out.
