We are being charged $39 a month, but are unable to open the app or send out emails. We've contacted support and have yet to receive a reply or help of any kind. We would like our money back or we will be forced to open a dispute.

5 stars just isn't enough for their customer service! 10 stars, 20 stars is more like it. I needed help with a different review import app and when I was unable to get a response, I contacted Judge.me for help. Even though it wasn't even their app, they walked me through it and helped me import all of our Etsy reviews. We will now only ever use Judge.me as our review app. They have the patience of Saints and I just can't say enough about them! Thank you!!!
