FeedHub: Google Shopping Feed

We have had a very positive experience with both the product and the support team. The product is user-friendly, reliable, and meets our business requirements effectively. The features and functionality have helped streamline our operations and improve efficiency.

Generally works well. On occasion, products will just disappear from FeedHub with no warning (except from Google merchant center to advise of a sudden drop in products). It's as if Feedhub suddenly can't see products, despite no changes being made to anything. I can't complain too much as we're on the free plan. Update: Tried fixing the issue for an hour, then tried support (on holiday). Have since uninstalled and tried a new app which is working fine. Update 2: Well the new app did not have any historical product data with merchant center, which was about 4 years worth. So, I am back to Feedhub as losing that much data would be disastrous for an ad campaign. Reinstalling Feedhub seems to have fixed the issue, thankfully

So far, it’s been a great experience. We had a minor issue with the product feed not syncing to Meta, but support handled it quickly and efficiently. Good support easy to install Works in 10 minutes

So far it seems great. Had a slight issue with product feed not syncing to FeedHub but contacted support and it was dealt with incredibly quickly and fixed at their end. Customer service was great too, kept updated as to what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. They then updated me again when it was fixed.

Straightforward & user-friendly app that uses Shopiy's native UI. Can use metafields to append product tittle + easy to set up AND / OR rules. Support is good. It could improve a bit by not sounding like they follow a script. Once they actually passed my enquiry to the dev team, the issue was solved straight away.

This app is my favorite tool for managing and syncing Google feeds. It offers a wide range of filters and even supports localization for languages other than your store's default. I don’t often leave 5 star app reviews, but this one definitely deserves it. I’ve tried most of the other Google Shopping feed apps on Shopify, but FeedHub is by far the easiest to implement. The tools are comprehensive and have helped ensure that my products are no longer receiving any “needs attention” errors from Google. I also received excellent support from Julie during setup—she was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful.

*Edited Review. I recommend this app as it does the job well and allows us to easily control the source of the feeds via collections. It also permits the option to select which image you want to display in the ads, good for google shopping ads that don't allow watermarks or graphics. And the support is fast and helpful. The app is not too difficult to use. We did have an issue with product images reverting to the wrong image. However its been fixed and we have been reassured that it will not happen again. Thanks guys.

Much better solution than the original integration from facebook app. The Support is Amazing!!! I am testing this app out to use with a number of my clients accounts, so far I have found the customer support to be absolutely excellent, very responsive and really knowledgeable about the app and how to resolve any set up issues. I can't comment yet on the full functionality of this app as I am in the process of setting it up but I can say so far so good
