When Stocky was discontinued by Shopify, we went into overdrive looking for a replacement. That’s when we discovered Monocle. After completing the trial, we quickly realized that not only was Monocle going to meet our needs, but it was going to take our inventory forecasting to an entirely new level. Bruk and his team worked with us to quickly transition everything over, and as Monocle has evolved, Bruk has been right there with us every step of the way. We’ve even had the opportunity to make suggestions, and to our amazement, not long after, those suggestions became features that we could simply toggle on or off in the app settings. Now, with the integration of AI, we’re really "cooking with gasoline", as they say! We’re incredibly impressed by the tools and capabilities we didn’t even know we needed, but now couldn’t imagine running our business without. Highly recommended!
Excellent migration support and app performance! Switching inventory management tools is always stressful, but the Monocle team made our migration off Stocky incredibly smooth. Their customer support is top-notch—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in getting things right. The app itself works beautifully. Highly praise this team for their hard work!
We've absolutely loved using Monocle. What stands out most is how responsive the team is. They genuinely listen to customer feedback and actually implement it, which is incredibly refreshing. The inventory projections have been extremely accurate for our business and have made planning so much easier. On the rare occasion we run into a bug, it's fixed quickly, and their support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Monocle has become an essential part of our operations. I honestly can't imagine managing inventory without it. If you're looking for inventory forecasting software that continues to improve and is backed by an amazing team, I can't recommend Monocle enough.
I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.
Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :( I'm sorry this has been frustrating. To clarify how access works: Monocle doesn't require a password. You open the app from your Shopify admin, your email is pre-filled, and we send a one-time code that logs you in within seconds. Throughout your subscription, weekly inventory reports were sent to your store's email, and every one of those emails includes our support address. We have no record of any support email from your store prior to this review. We've responded to every message and have replied through Shopify's billing process with our records.
Clean app with useful insights Monocle has been incredibly insightful for our warehouse management and was simple to set up. Creating POs is now a much more streamlined process thanks to the support from the Monocle team. We've found that the AI-driven coverage insights are accurately calculated and reliable. The time this app saves is just one of the reasons Monocle is a valuable tool for forecasting and understanding stockout trends.

Not only has the Monocle app been easy to use, and their forecasting/planning been accurate based on our own manual analysis, but their team has been extremely helpful and agile in adapting the app to suit what we needed.
I am a new user. The app is simple and straight forward to use. I love how I can quickly assess my inventory levels and get my reorders done quickly with less guess work. Could not rate higher. Tried and tested a few apps before coming across this one. With over 1300 sku's and 100+ suppliers, we were looking for something that can simplify the process and optimise stock levels. This does that and more. It's user friendly and intuitive to use and the onboarding process by Amir is second to none. So much better to be able to have someone to speak to who knows the app inside out and wants to make it better and work with you. THANKS AMIR!!
I started using smart purchase order since last month. This app is perfect to create new purchase order and gives insights of how much stock is getting used. I was amazed by the fact that it considers seasonality while forecasting stock. App also have easy user interface, strong AI engine and easy bulk edit features, which makes it easy for our team to maintain products. Thanks a lot for this fabulous app. I will definitely give 5 star to this app.

We have been looking for a solution to prevent running out of stock, optimizing stock levels and simplifying purchase orders. Looks like I might have just found exactly what I need, and to make it even better: When I installed the app and started looking around I was offered to jump on a call with Amir who showed me around and sparred with me on solving my challenges. So far it looks like a powerful solution by an absolutely brilliant guy!

Best solution we've found to inform our inventory purchases and re-orders! It tells you when to order based off the history of sales on that product. If you want to get a handle on your inventory for once, get this app.
Great app for managing inventory in a straightforward way. You can easily see what is on order and what is forecast - very user friendly. We tried a lot of other apps before we came across this one and were about to give up our search. Help is amazing - any queries are replied to really quickly and resolved which is a huge bonus with any app.
This app was super helpful in managing inventory in a highly visual way. It’s saved us time forecasting and has helped my team and I make much better, faster inventory decisions. The reports are incredibly insightful and helped us understand what item to stock in the future. The support is top notch and you can tell they really care about user experience.
I love being able to see *everything* in one place! The Smart Purchase Orders app has helped replace what we've typically kept in spreadsheets, making it easier to place orders, track inventory, and track materials (which I didn't even realize how much we needed). The app creates a simple way to associate suppliers with inventory items as well as materials, as well as keep track of contacts in an organized way. The hands on support is top notch - solving any issues has been a breeze.
Seeing analytics/forecasts for each variant has been incredibly useful in understanding demand and knowing when I will stock out on product. All-in-all, I'm probably saving 5 days a month in demand planning and purchase order creation & tracking. Their support is also top notch - getting back to me almost immediately with any questions I might have. I would give this 6 out 5 rating if I could.
