アプリのローカライズが不完全で、日本語表記が怪しい箇所が多々ある状況ではある。 また不明点があった際、英語でのやり取りが必要にはなるが、非常に親切なサポートで印象がよかった。
Support ist schnell erreichbar und sehr engagiert super hilfreich und freundlich. eider gibt es abzüge für die die Preise und Angebotsvielfalt bei den free oder low budget varianten. ebenfalls ein kleines manko ist die einfindungund anleitung zu beginn welche nicht komplett alle schritte abdeckt. dafür hilft euch jedoch der wirklich gute support
The service is really great and the tool is very intuitiv. As soon as the TFC standards banner is rolled out they receive full 5 stars!
Only using the most basic version for now for a demo store, but so far so good and the support team are very responsive and helpful!

Quick to reply on the chat. They helped me and got my consent banner up in running in a few minutes.
The support addressed a few issues I was having with non EUR customers being prompted with a cookie banner. I'm waiting for a separate feature to allow an "OPT OUT" rule for California customers since their cookie policies are the opposite.

We are really sorry for the trouble and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. The issue you mentioned is related either to the accuracy of the geolocation service of the app or due to the app settings during the setup process because the number of consents from the US is still low. The app works well and support is friendly and responsive (Thanks, Christos). I would love to see more detailed documentation for developers that makes it a little clearer what is actually happening in the code.
