The entire app is completely useless, and support never responds. I paid for three months, and it was a total waste of money.

Dear Terramia team, Thank you for trying out our app and taking your time to leave a review. We understand that you were looking for a free tool. However, as described in the listing page, currently our Free plan is only available for test and development stores. Best regards, MAPIFY Sitemap Generator Team
UPDATE: the devs sent me an email to help me remove the metafield but I don't want to give access to my code since all of this didn't look too "pro" to me. So they created a new function to delete metaobjects before to delete the app but I prefer to check all of this with my dev. since I use many metafieldds not related to this app and I want to make sure to don't mess them up. CONCLUSION: The support try to be helpful but I believe that apps that deal with vital settings should be super tested and safe before to be launched and I didn't like the experience with this one. Maybe I am wrong but I am not going to be the beta tester this time-. I uninstalled the app and there are a lot of left over around. This is not a good thing .

Caro Concetto e team, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention. Upon investigation following your comment, we have realized that metaobjects created by our app remained after uninstallation. This was an unintentional oversight on our part while rushing to deploy recent features, and we take full responsibility for it. We want to assure you that our team is currently working on an update to address this issue as soon as possible. The upcoming update will ensure that all metaobjects created by our app are properly cleared upon uninstalling. In the meantime, we will reach out to you through private channels to assist you in manually clearing these metaobjects and ensure your store is completely clean of any residual data from our app. We greatly value your feedback and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our app. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this matter. Best regards

Dear User, First of all please accept our apologies for not addressing your support request earlier as your emails were filtered out by spam filters. As we have explained in a direct message, your problem seems to be from the use of some non-standard characters in your URLs that are not compatible with XML format. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we hope you find the information we had shared privately to be helpful. Kind regards
This app is super easy to use and customer service is awesome! I needed help with some coding and they not only answered my email in less than 24 hours, but also fixed the issue in the same time as well.

It's for create sitemap but when you need "This app does not create an XML sitemap for your store. " For what use this APP ? For put basic sitemap in search console ? Thank you genious !

Thanks for your review, however, it seems that you may not have understood what our app does. Our SEO HTML Sitemap app generates an HTML sitemap. It does not generate an XML sitemap. There are some good options for XML Sitemaps in the app store. I hope you find one that suits your needs.
Does exactly what it says on the tin, works well, and where there are questions customer support were quick and helpful as soon as reaching out

Hi Kristi, thank you for the great review! We're glad we could help you out with the small issue you had with your footer menu! Keep up the good work on your site and SEO optimisation!
The app is easy to use and does what it says. The support team was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that you can not control which collections are shown, and it will only show up to a certain number of collections. We have a lot of auto-collections created for our filter menu (size, price, etc.) and many of them do not need to be displayed due to duplicate content (or no content). It would be great to not include those in the HTML sitemap. With the products, they display a certain number along with a "next page" feature at the bottom of the list to view the next set of products. If the collections could offer this same display, I wouldn't mind them including all of our auto-created collections. It is a bummer that most of our important collections are not seen because so many price and size collections show at the top. I have brought this to their attention and they were understanding, helpful, and nice. Hoping they will release an update and we can install the app again. I really did like the column layout and simplicity.

We thank Union Works Apps Team, they have been flexible and have included the option to translate each site map title. Such as Blog, Product, Collection etc. :) We will be including this app in all our websites.

A very simple app to use and does the job perfectly. I'd say a little expensive for what it does, but it's not exactly going to break the bank is it! 4 out 5

We did not have a site map when we created our new Shopify website. This App could not have been any easier to install and use. And because we are continuously updating the content on the site, it is invaluable because it automatically updates the Site Map without any effort from me! Love it.
