I used this app to block China, but my analytics still show daily visits from China viewing my products. My shop is small (usually under 10 visits/day), yet for the past 3–4 months it’s jumped to 50+ visits/day, with over 90% from China. The developers said this is “normal” and suggested blocking them from analytics in Shopify, but many days I see no traffic from anywhere else — only China. If China is blocked, how are product pages being viewed from China DAILY? It doesn’t add up. I wouldn’t recommend paying for this app.

Amazing support solving a couple of challenging situations.

Just switched over from another app that stopped working, and the experience here has been great so far. Chitra and the team were really responsive and helpful with installing a custom switcher and also worked on speeding up the app, which was initially a little slow. They were quick, thorough, and explained clearly what they had done - excellent service and app.

I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

This right here is the one! I tried a bunch of different apps, and this one was by far the best. An important thing for us was integrating both Shopify markets and external URLs. This app does it! Great customisability too and support team. Thanks!

This app is a piece of garbage. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and they keep charging you every single month. The customer service is non existent. They take weeks to respond and the answers are garbage. DON'T INSTALL THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

Having issues getting set up. Have tried to contact support multiple times but am being blocked by 'prove your human' test which isn't fully displayed on the screen so I can't see what I'm supposed to answer. The app does its job very well is very easy to use! Small note/ hint: I wanted to adopt some redirect rules from the set of rules of one of our webstores, but found out that if you have the app open in multiple tabs, the change you make will be done in all open tabs. The SpiceGems team is fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. So far, all questions and requests have been answered completely and promptly. keep it up!

Works perfect for what i need, and using the code to redirect before downloading the page is great.I have two stores, and it was complicated to set them up, for some reason. But they helped me very fast and did follow up on every request. So i would highly recommend.

Really easy to install and operate. Works consistently allowing us to send any overseas traffic to the correct regional Shopify store. Also, their customer support is great. They were able to work with me to omit our blog page from the redirect.

We've only been using the app for a few days now but so far it's been really great! We had some pretty specific design ideas for the drop-down that required custom CSS and Spice Gems was great with helping us out with that!
