Great communication with the support team (the chatbot will almost immediately connect you to a human, THANK YOU) The app is very easy to use and I like the idea itself about after-purchase upsell. You need to put some effort into the strategic thinking. But if you don't have time for this, you can use the pre-designed funnel.

It provides a better user experience. At first the app wasn't being displayed for some reason and Helen from the support team immediately fixed that for us. Then we realised there was another issue that would not work properly with our theme and she also resolved that in a matter of minutes. Thank you.
The app is pretty easy to work with. Automated emails are sent to customers requesting reviews, they're editable and possible to be multilingual. Everytime I've consulted the support team they've solved my questions very fast and helped me going through some steps. I' definetly recommend Stamped reviews. Update 2024: I tried another app to see if we could get more reviews, but it didn't work properly. So we went back to Stamped Reviews and they helped me with the settings right away.
Platform easy to work with. It's useful for nicer blog articles. Efficient support, we have 2 websites and they help us transfer one article from one store to another.

La app sincroniza automàticamente nuestras tiendas y funciona perfectamente. Permite incluso clonar productos de una tienda a la otra (esto me fascina). Además, el soporte técnico es increíble. Aquí mi experiencia: Acababa de descargar la app en mis tiendas y había una funcionalidad que no encontraba en la app: poder recibir un email cuando el stock de X producto llegara a un límite (en ese momento no existía) y contacté con ellos (Javier). Pues resulta que se pusieron a ello y en dos días tenían la funcionabilidad lista y ya la podía configurar. O sea, qué otra app y equipo técnico hace esto?!! Enhorabuena, equipo!
Very useful mail-marketing platform. It works good for mail automations and sending campaign. I personally like the visual editor of the templates for the mails more and find them easier the use than Mailchimp. I contacted the support team on multiple occasions in order to set up filters/segments/automations... and they've been generally friendly very helpful. Nikola and Baarath, for example, took their time to help me investigating a bug I had in my segmentation and help me with the new back-in-stok feature.
It works and I really appreciate the "IP whitelist" option, so I can still enter all my sites without being redirected. Support team is also there for you. Thanks for your help.
Bloggle was a game-changer for us. Easy to use. Very visual. Amazing customer service. Highly recommendable.

Usé esta aplicación para poder añadir filtros personalizados a mis colecciones. Funciona bien y permite añadir color/image swatches en la página de colección también. El equipo de soporte son impresionantes. Estuvieron con nosotros en la integración y también puliendo detalles de diseño. Servicio amable y eficiente!
The app is great to request reviews and I can even offer rewards to my clients for writing a review on our site. I've had a small problem with google (it wouldn't detect the reviews) but when I contacted the support team, they explained what the error was and fixed within minutes. Thank you!
