Great support by Rio! The app has extensive possibilities for reports etc. For our business it might have even a bit too many options which makes it a bit more complicated than necessary. But the value for money and for all the possibilities is definitely very good.

Wir sind super happy mit Ravioli und können es jedem DE Shop nur empfehlen. Die App lässt sich einfach installieren, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Support war 1A. Die Konfiguration nach unseren Bedürfnissen (Logik, ab wann die Mehrweg-Versandoption möglich ist) und das Anpassen an unser Shopdesign dauerte keine 10 Minuten. Da wir ein exterenes Fulfillment haben, war es für uns wichtig, dass hier kein zusätzlicher Aufwand seitens Fulfillmentpartner nötig war. Da Ravioli aber eine zusätzliche Bestellposition erstellt und dies wie eine normale SKU ans Fulfillment übermittelt wird, war auch dies super gelöst und brauchte keine grossen Anpassungen seitens Fulfillment. Bei unseren Kunden kommt der Mehrwegversand ebenfalls super an und nach 1 Monat wählen bereits 25% der Kunden in Deutschland diese ökologische Versandoption. Bravo an die Entwickler und macht weiter so!!!
Easy setup and great customer support, very helpful also for customized solutions. Would be great to also have a Free option.

We use this App for our bilingual Shopify Store. The translation is accurate, but it can be a bit time consuming, since each automatically translated phrase needs to be approved before publishing. However, the customer service is absolutely great. Super fast, straightforward and they solve also individual store needs.
