Horrendous service. I contacted Sarah Nguyen about charges that were happening on our account, even though their had been incompatible with our store for many months. She said she'd take it up with the billing department and "get back to me ASAP". TWO MONTHS later she responds, and says they will refund me for the two months (the two months they charged me for while she took the time to respond to me ASAP). They won't refund any other charges, even though their app was charging me. I don't care for the money, but on a matter of principle, this tells you exactly what kind of people you are working with.

The republication of an unpublished menu, without any warning or even acknowledgment, results in the loss of translations across all pages.

"The app is just as hopeless as its support. Both are a disaster."

We can only have 2 mega menu on the free version... Not really useful

I just wanted to try the free version before deciding on it, so I stripped everything and tried one button. As I tried to publish it, it told me I had a ton of features, and absolutely need premium. What a waste of time

Not too happy, spent 4 hours creating a menu based on their template they give us. I publish it doesnt work as intended, support takes 24 hours to tell me that one item that is in the default free menu is paid...so in short. They add a non functional element in the free plan to force you to upgrade.

I will explain, point by point, why you should not install this app, without any emotion. #1. The top menu is visible in the header, but it is not possible to add a logo to this app. #2. The app has features like login, register, logout, and my account links, but these features are not functioning. When we asked, we were told they do not work in the new version of the app. This is the first time we have seen an app updated without removing non-functioning features. Even when you manually add links like login/logout/register, they do not work correctly. #3. The support agents know nothing about the app. Their English is at a beginner level, and even the developers do not speak English. #4. The CSS is not responsive. Images do not shrink or grow. If you want to see images that appear in desktop size on mobile and tablet, you can install this app. #5. The search function does not work. #6. Icons should use SVG, but they use images instead. Your site will slow down, and you will face SEO issues. Additionally, the icons are not responsive. #7. There is no custom CSS area. Settings are limited, and there are other bugs in the app. #8. No one, including the developers, is helping to fix the issues. Instead, they respond as if they are dismissing you by saying your requests are special and they cannot help you, suggesting you look for another app.

I no longer needed this app, I downloaded it thinking it was monthly payment but I am still getting charged for it

Total waste of money, it simply doesn't work well at all. I got fooled based on the reviews as well as the example site but with my template it's horrible.

do not install this app on your store, you will waist your time. Don't install this app and search another app.

It's terrible- doesn't save your work. No undo button. Things changed on me even when I saved them. I had to redo my menus 3 times b/c some how my sub menus were dragged out and I couldn't drag them back.

Get ready to be spammed. Installed this menu and immediately it started opening a feedback tab. Please give me 2 minutes to look at the app before you ask how I like it...

Header suddenly stopped working and I am stucked now. I needed help, I messaged there support they are not replying

I was custom request to This team. This team broken my theme. And, Cannot be undone. Very terrible experience.

I had a terrible experience with this app, and the customer service is not very well either. When requesting help to install the app properly, they made changes that did not work at all, and published it so it was live! When I asked if they could revert the changes, they did not respond. Also, the menu did not include brand logo or cart, essential for any ecommerce store (how can you buy if there is no cart?)

I installed this app to sample what was actually included in the "free" program only to find out that it was less then expected but the real problem is that there are definitely remnants of code remaining in my theme that are outside my skill set to remove. I tried re-installing the app but I was unable to do that as well.

Installed it and every time I attempted to open the app to perform a trial run, I kept on being redirected to the installation agreement. Never was able to open the app even though i agreed to the trial several times. j
