BY FAR, our favorite app on Shopify!! The quality of this app is incredible, the customer service via chat is lightening fast, friendly, and helpful (and HUMAN). Gratisfaction has made a huge difference for our small, family business. But don't shy away if you're a big company. This app is absolutely rebost enough for all business shapes and sizes. Best purchase we've made in the app store. Customers love the offerings and our staff loves the functionality and ease of use. Way to go, Gratisfaction!
After trying a few different similar apps, I found Gratisfaction. It is the easiest to use AND has more features than the others I was working with. I highly recommend this app, the customer service is also fast and efficient.
We have been using this app for a few years now. Tonight I recieved some excellent customer service. Initially it was chat but wee stepped into a zoom meeting and agent spent some time with me helping me not only tweak my settings but also showing me some new features. What an amazing app. So this app gives you all the features of the Social Boost giveaway app, which is already one of the best giveaway apps, but also gives you a full Loyalty Rewards host suite. Yes, that is correct. I was amazed at the features of the program. This app saved me lots of $$$ per month as I ended my monthly subscription with another Loyalty app. Praveen is great at onboarding and is always there for support. The 24-7 support is also amazing. The app's giveaway feature also allows us to run in-store giveaways, which we connect to our FB lead ads to draw traffic to the store. You can also run one-day giveaways for live events. The list goes on and on. What a great buy! My team and I are so excited about our purchase. IF I COULD RATE THIS 10 STARS I WOULD. Thanks again to the MAV TEAM!
Our company previously used this plugin/app on woocommerce and continued using it when switching to the Shopify platform. Customer support is great and has been able to make the change happen quickly and with minimal problems. They helped us fix and edit settings, along with provided tips and provided information on other opportunities the app has that we do not currently use. Recommend this app.
Used the giveaway feature. The support team is awesome, I emailed about an issue I was having and they helped me fix it quickly and then gave me extra helpful tips as well! Thank you so much! Giveaway has really helped me grow all of my social media channels all at once which is critical for a small business. Was very easy to set up and connect my mailing service mailchimp through an api and add to my mailing list.
Great functionality and the support is top notch. I had a few issues and was able to chat right away and get them resolved.
Their support is stellar, They will go above and beyond to make sure you set and ready to go. The pricing model is one that I love the most, freemium where all the options are open and we as merchants and the app startup grow together. That should be the case for all apps that aim to serve a need and are here for the long run.
I love this app! ive been using it since I opened my website in 2020! and I love it..I would recommend this to other business and also my customers love it as well. and they have excellent customer service...very helpful.

I've been a long time customer of gratification since my old WordPress site, nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped me with lots of things that I was unable to do because I'm not very confident with techy stuff. They are very speedy with customer support, I'm a very happy customer it was a no brainer I carried on using them with my new shopify store
I am very impressed with this app. It can do everything that we wanted it to do including integration with LOOX. The configuration is quite simple once you figure it out. The odd time that I struggled with something, I reached out to the customer service team and my questions were answered immediately! The customer service is simply outstanding! Great app and great service, a winning combination for us!
The support for this app is amazing. It's easy to use, but I had a few questions and they were answered instantly and effectively! Praveen even recommended ways for me to get more out of the app than I had discovered on my own. I Would highly recommend!
This is a highly versatile app that I leverage for many unique programs on my website. I have been using the app for well over a year and on the rare occasions that I need tech support, they are super fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend! Like this app for prompt customer service. The app has all cool features to bring shoppers in multiple ways. I am new and will give insights on those features later down the road.
This app is great! I tried more than 3 referral apps, but none of them goes through the extreme detail that Gratisfaction does. Not only that, but their customer support is extremely good!

Great Rewards App! Was able to install easily, which is key for us since we are not techy types. Widgets appear well and are being used by frequent buyers. Contacting their support is easy when they are online - very responsive. So far so good!

We have been using Gratisfaction for a few months now. It has been working great and our customers love it. It is highly customizable to fit our needs. I was able to chat with their support team today for the first time, and let me say that they were extremely helpful. They were able to answer my questions and inform me of things they are currently working on which will help with my issue. Very exciting and superb customer service!
This app is easy to install, it can be translated, and this is a huge thumbs up! The free plan is generous for beginners like me, and if everything is going to work well, I will surely change for the other plan.

This app is really easy to install and customize. There are so many options for the customers to choose from to earn points which gives them a great incentive to buy again and again. The customer service is really great and answers were prompt and really helpful. I am very satisfied.
Aside from being the best rewards app I've tried - and I've tried all of them, they provided me with excellent customer service. Fast responses to my questions and they will jump through hoops to keep you happy. They have a live chat system within the app for instant responses. A++++ More features are coming too I believe. Can't ask for a better app.

This app is truly amazing! I love being able to offer customers the chance to get discounts as well as earning points to get set dollar amounts off of future purchases. I feel the price of the app is very fair, plus they offer a free version too while you are still growing your business. Spoke with Praveen to ask a question and he was happy to help me out and sent over links and everything to make it easier to learn. I am absolutely LOVING this app so far.
