The Spur It App works very well. The pop up option allows for email input on the product screen. Restock email comes up soon after the item is back in stock.

The UI can use some improvements. An option to import subscribers from a CSV file would be nice, but the overall very useful app and great customer service.

What anyone wants in an app is configurability. The developer does not have to worry about meeting your needs because whatever it is you want to change, you can easily change yourself. I contacted them today and Alexander sent me nice directions to make the changes so the Back in Stock app looks exactly as I want it. I cannot think of anything I would want to change. Every website should have this app. It's that simple!

The app has proved extremely useful to us, and has helped loads of our customers during the busiest time of year for us - it definitely reduces the amount of work we do to keep users up to date with stock on popular items. Any issues that we have had have been ironed out extremely quickly - the last one sorted within an hour and a half from first contact; and that is not something that happens very often these days! Friendly helpful staff. The design of the widget is a little clumsy, but we've been able to adapt it nicely for our purposes all the same.

I use Back in Stock to create a waitlist for when my classes are full. At least one student always drops at the last minute; having a waitlist means I can easily fill that slot and not lose out on a sale. The support team is great: quick to reply and very accommodating.

This is an excellent app that does what it says and is relatively easy to set up. It is backed up by a fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable team of engineers and customer service staff who really put the customer first and they go above and beyond to help the customer with fast, efficient service. I use other SpurIT apps too and find them to be similarly excellent. A+ rating from me!

We were having an issue with overlapping buttons on mobile, preventing the alert from showing. Egor answered my inquiry regarding the issue promptly and the problem was resolved by the next morning. Excellent Customer Service!

Customer service from SpurIT is outstanding. I had a few glitches when I updated my theme (my fault!) and they were fabulous in fixing them really promptly. The apps works extremely well, would highly recommend.

I needed a way for my customers to be notified when stock is out. I don't have enough help to track and send the emails myself. When I asked a Shopify Guru, they pointed me to Back in Stock, and I'm SO GLAD THEY DID! The app is easy to use and very customizable. BONUS PLUS, the customer service is AMAZING!! We've been using the Back in Stock app for a few months and it works great! It's helped us collect data and see at a quick glance what our customers are interested in. It's allows us to quickly and effectively generate sales based on the auto responder to subscribers once we've restocked items. Plus, their customer support is awesome. I reached out to see if they could implement their button into our theme for a clean and streamline look, which they did. We definitely recommend this app!

Great app would strongly recommend as shopify checkout is only possible if someone knows to go to check out at top of your store. But wish I could choose my Font. They do offer to change the font for you it is just hard to imagine what it will look like.

Good price value compared to the other apps. I have been using this app for about a year, when something happen and the In Stock Reminder was slowing down and preventing the entire page from loading. I e-mailed then once and was told that I need someone to look at the shopify end of the page. I e-mailed them a second time and they fix the issue and it works great. I didn't really understand their display option at first, as they need some better training video, but I now have everything dialed in to where I want it.

It works exactly as you want it to work and the best part is that their customer service is super nice and super fast to solve any doubt or issue you may have. Excellent job! Excellent app!

It's a great app and most importantly it saves the most important thing we have... time! We used to get customer calls all the time asking, 'when will XXX' be back in stock and then we had to make a note of the customer's e-mail address and remember to let them know. This app saves all that hassle and we're amazed at how many customers have signed up to be notified. Far more than ever would have phoned us. We've also seen a real upsurge in sales as soon as the new stock arrives because the e-mails go out automatically to customers who are obviously waiting but we wouldn't have known. Automation, efficiency and maximising sales opportunities are the key to successful e-commerce and this app really helps on all fronts!

This has been one of the easiest apps we have installed and used to date! I was able to custom design (VERY EASILY!!) the pop-up window to match our theme, too.

So glad to be able to offer notification emails for restocked products. We have saved a bunch of sales that we would have lost without this app! Customer support for the app is what drove me to submit a review, though. They were quick to respond, and the customization work we needed done was complete in three business days - a fantastic turnaround time when you consider the back and forth of emails and the difference in time zone. Their prompt, helpful attitude made it a *really* pleasant experience.

I LOVE this app. It has helped us recover sales that might have been lost. It is one of only in stock reminder apps that includes a picture of the item for the customers! Support for this app is great! We used it on our Big Commerce store and were so happy to see it available for our Shopify store as well. Stop thinking about it and just install it. I've been waiting for a more reasonably priced app that would work with variants and In Stock Reminder ticks all the boxes. What would be the icing on the cake would to have the option for customers to let me know how many they'd like of each item. I have already suggested this improvement and the developers have taken on board my request, so fingers crossed this is a future development. The app developers were exceptionally helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Since installing I have certainly benefited by an increase in sales, would definitely recommend you give this app a try!
