If you sell products that benefit from options this is the app for you. It goes way deeper than just colors, size, etc. Customization made easy. Support is top notch. Key is an upgrade of SC Product Options that was Bold Product Options. Have been using for years.

Product works as described and support is quick to respond and is helpful. We had a small issue during setup, the team worked us through it and even updated the behavior of the app to accommodate our concerns. Great product, and excellent support!

Very happy with this app. I was using its predecessor which was but was missing a number of design elements and I had little control over the look, feel and layout of the additional options. They Key Options app solved all of that. Quick and easy installation, unlimited product option features, and flexibility with the look and feel I want to match me site. Dealt with a few different operators (Mitali, Hamza & Danna) and all were very helpful with upgrading and transferring me from SC Products to Key Products. Instructions on email were very clear, and they did most of the work for me which was very helpful as I wasn't the original creator of our website! Thank you!!

Great app & exceptional customer service.

Had some issues with product options not linking, and without any warning signals to say so, was going on for an unknown period. However the guys were fairly swift to rectify the issue, and also gave us a refund which is always appreciated.

Support has been very active in addressing migration concerns when we transitioned to this app from SC Product Options. It is a lot cleaner, responsive, and optimized compared to the previous app which is great.

We were long-time users of Bold Product Options and later SC Product Options. When we were notified that SC Product Options was being discontinued, we were encouraged to migrate to Keystone Product Options. The migration process was extremely frustrating. SC Product Options worked perfectly with our highly customized Shopify theme, but Keystone initially did not. We spent a significant amount of time with our own developers and the Keystone support team trying to resolve compatibility issues. To their credit, Keystone Support was very responsive and worked diligently to help troubleshoot and fix the issues. After considerable effort from both sides, the app does now appear to be functioning properly. However, the biggest frustration came later when Keystone acknowledged that SC Product Options was actually not being discontinued. This made the original communication encouraging customers to migrate very misleading. We invested a substantial amount of unnecessary development time and resources moving away from an app that was already working perfectly for our business. Ultimately, it felt like we were fixing something that was never broken. We are an established ecommerce company doing over $10 million in annual sales with a heavily customized Shopify storefront. For stores like ours, changing a core product options app is not a simple plug-and-play process. The initial troubleshooting advice often centered around testing Keystone on Shopify’s default Dawn theme, which may be useful for diagnostics, but it does not reflect the reality of many larger stores running custom themes. Keystone Product Options may be a great solution for newer stores, simpler themes, or merchants starting from scratch. However, if you operate a larger Shopify store with a customized theme and already have a working product options solution, I would strongly recommend carefully evaluating whether migration is truly necessary before committing the development resources. The Keystone team deserves credit for their support and persistence, but the migration recommendation created a lot of unnecessary work for our business.

I have been using this app for 10 years and I have the old Shopify 1.0 version. Each time this app has changed and there have been compatibility issues with my old store, the support team have quickly jumped in and fixed any issues very quickly. I just moved to Key Product Options and once again, the support team were amazing and migrated my old store over in very quick time. Thanks again to all the team. This app is vital to my store functioning and is highly recommended by me!

Was not as easy to install as the Migration Guide indicated. Several steps were not as described, and then I found out I had a Shopify 1.0 Theme. I tried following the instructions for Legacy themes. Installing the Keystone code was ok, but there were no instructions about removing the SC Product Options code, which I had been using. I basically had to give up on my old Theme that I really liked and had a great deal of personalization on and switch to a new Shopify 2.0 Theme, so that I could add the "app block" into the theme. So, it took over 2 hours instead of 10 minutes and I am still not done. I have the core of my store up and running (I hope), but have a lot of fine tuning left to do. Update - 6/26/26 Their support team did reach out to me afterwards and offered to help with removing the old code. I had already switched over to the new theme and had decided to keep it since it was a more up to date theme and easier to use. However, another issue came up with certain payment options not functioning well with the app and they offered to help get that sorted out. That saved me a bit of time since I am not overly familiar with coding and that end of things.

I'm reverting back to SCPO since this app does not support listing the product options separately at checkout. If can only bulk up the price of the existing product.

Customer service is unmatched. They helped me set up 3 different web stores that all now use Keystone Product Options. They were attentive, easy to work with and communicated changes in a way that was easy for me to understand. Having used Bold Product Options and SC Options, this is the best looking upgrade yet by far. My highest recommendation for Keystone!

We are long time Bold, then SC Product Options app users (by this same company). When I was concerned about the migration to this, their new app, they gave me the white-glove-treatment. They took care of each detail and worked out any issue very quickly. Their support is quick and very capable. Still on the fence. I did the migration and played around in the admin and it still looked nothing like my current SCPO set up. The set up is also not as straightforward and easy like it claims and when I activated the Keystone app trying to make it close to what I had, it did not look good at all and I had to hide the app option on my product pages. The customization options in admin are not enough and changing text size, whether you want it bold or not and making color changes would have to be done in the theme file. I may need to look to a different company once SCPO stops working. I don't like feeling pressured to upgrade and migrate if SCPO is working just fine. There is also no word if SCPO is going to disappear one day and if that is the reason why they want us to migrate. If that's the case, be transparent so people can make an informed decision for their company whether they should stay or go elsewhere. :( it's very stressful as it is having to further modify a finished website with no reasons or explanations given.

The legacy SC Product Options have been the most important and indispensable part of every single product page of my store. The additional profit from this app was roughly 100 times its cost. No, I am not kidding. So when the new Keystone Production Options came out I wanted to migrate on the spot. The migration was straightforward but wanting to change a few other things on the product page I messed up my theme and the checkout did not work. Having had forgotten to back-up my theme I turned to Keystone for help in panic. Ejub responded within minutes and Ahmed fixed the problem overnight. My store relies heavily on product options and I was quite afraid to make the switch from SCPO and mess anything up. I had SCPO for about 10 years and feared the day I would have to find another options app...... So, I decided I had to do it and went for it. The import went fine, it was the click of a button. I added the block to the product page and the new menus showed up just like that. The old menus are not affected while you are importing and testing, do not worry. You will just see a duplicate set of the old SCPO menus below the new Keystone menus, until you uninstall the old SCPO app when you are done testing. Support seems great thus far.... the team is working with me as I type this, to fix a bug or two.... I have had this app less than one day and I can already say that I like it far more than the old app and I'm confident in the support. Thank you.

I had the old product builder for 10 years plus. It was always a bit glitchy, how ever I only used it for 1 items and the newer app was cost prohibitive. Especially with how much effort had to go into the previous builder. However this one has been a dream, so easy that in the 3 days I have had it, I have built 4 other items for the website, it's not glitchy and is very user friendly. Hightly recommend.
