This app solved a big problem for me, so now i can stack multiple discount codes when native Shopify codes can't. They helped me install it and guided me through it so I didn't make any mistakes. Highly recommend.
We use Kite at ArtyGifts to let customers choose a free art gift with their order, with different gift options available at different spending levels. So far so good! The Kite team has been really helpful. Whenever I’ve run into an issue, they’ve fixed it quickly. Easy to set up tiered free gifts, and great support so far.

Fantastic app with world class support! We have been using this app for over a month now, and the experience has been excellent. The team has even made custom changes at no extra cost to better fit our sales process. Their chat support is incredibly responsive usually replying within just two minutes. Janet went above and beyond to help me out with a Shopify free shipping issue we were having on our bundles. She took time out of her Saturday and understood the urgency of getting a solution in place and not only provided that solution but took immediate action. I highly recommend this app for bypassing Shopify limitations. Plus the service was fantastic. 5 stars.

Nice robust discount/promotional app. That allows for multiple ways to give you customers unique discounts. Allowing to select specific SKUS (variants) vs the entire product for example. Simple widget placements automatically or if you want to customize. Support is amazing, they answer almost immediately regardless of what time it is, and are extremely knowledgeable, willing to find a way to make things work if not available.
Really happy with this app and especially with the customer service. The support team is responsive, helpful, and always willing to find a solution. The app gives us a lot of flexibility to create different types of discounts, including multiple discount combinations, free gifts, and bulk discounts. It has been a great fit for our store and makes managing promotions much easier. Highly recommended!

Really easy setup. I just ploughed into it blindly and it did exactly what we needed it to. Shopify wouldn't let us do a Buy X, get Y promo on a product which already had an amount off product discount. With Kite this was easy and possible. Support were right there helping us to tweak and get it perfect. Great App - Highly recommend.
It's been a great experience working with the staff at Kite! From an idea to implementation of exactly what I wanted took less than 24 hours. The staff is very responsive and understood my requirements.

Customer service really helped me out during our free trial. A lot of companies don’t put much effort into supporting customers during a trial, but this team truly went above and beyond. I really enjoy using this useful app, it boosts revenue and profitability pretty much, i use it in case of free gifts to gain more revenue and also to customize delivery fees based on delivered cities for each product category, the app is full of features and details that you can customize each to reach your goal of customization, moreover the support team is awesome and always helps, thanks guys and keep it up

The customization options are extensive and allow us to build exactly the offer we need. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, both during setup and when adjustments or fixes are needed. A great solution with excellent support!
Excellent solution for adding free gifts for customers to receive with their first purchase. Super easy and quick to setup and customer support is top notch. When I ran into an issue (was due to needing to clear my cache), Meghal was on the case and the issue was resolved! I looked at other gift apps, but this is the best one and does not mess up your website! Highly recommend.
