We've had an excellent experience with Koin Store Credit & Rewards! The app has been incredibly useful for our business and has made managing store credit much easier and more efficient. At Mundo del Comic, we use store credit on a daily basis, so having a reliable, well-designed solution that integrates seamlessly with Shopify makes a huge difference in our operations. What really stands out is the outstanding customer support. Their team went above and beyond to help us create a custom Shopify Flow tailored specifically to our business needs. They were incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure everything worked exactly as we needed. The app itself works wonderfully, but the level of support and willingness to help merchants find solutions is what truly makes it exceptional. We're extremely happy with Koin and highly recommend it to any Shopify merchant looking for an efficient and flexible way to manage store credit. Five stars, well deserved!
I have been trying to contact customer service for days. The app idea sounds great but its not working for me and customers need their gift cards. The app is not issuing store credits after a order is fulfilled. Again customer service is truly lacking. Sent messages, responded to emails, and nothing. If I can get the app to work I will update the review.
very good application. exactly what I need in my online store.
Amazing app, great features that cost lots of money on other apps
The help was very straight forward. I am excited for the excellent customer service!
Aplicativo intuitivo e fácil de ativar. Recomendo.
Absolutly the best App I found for my shop. Love to see more from you. Thank you!
Absolutely amazing app, let alone for free. Does exactly what I need it to, and more!
App de crédito potente e eficiente para cashback. Simples de configurar e intuitivo. Tem integração com os emails da shopify e é possível notificar o cliente que o crédito vai expirar, fora diversas outras possibilidades como cashback para reviews.
Tried this app as I needed a way to utilise store credit and send via email to Klaviyo (Klaviyo does not handle Shopify store credit). At first it looked like the app wouldn't work for what I wanted, but after reaching out to support, they instantly helped me and set it all up for me. It now works perfect. And the best, the app is also free!
Very easy to setup, It took me less than 10 minutes to have all critical features online.
日本で使えそうなポイントアプリは全部試しましたが、これこそ、ポイントアプリのゲームチェンジャーだと思った。日本の商習慣に完璧に合う。サポートもすばらしい。
It has been very easy to implement, customize and activate Koin's Store Credit. Thank you.
excelente app la super recomiendo es muy facil de usar y configurar gracias
The special credit for designated products can only be selected product by product. We would like to be able to select multiple products at once.
Very useful app and the support team are very helpful, and they respond very fast
Really useful, and the people help you to work better
I’ve been using Koin Cashback & Store Credit and honestly, I love it. It’s super easy to set up, lets me give customers cashback or store credit effortlessly, and everything integrates smoothly with Shopify. It’s helped boost customer loyalty and repeat sales. Highly recommended for any Shopify store!
Excellent app. Works just perfectly, simple and easy to use. It's free. For how long may I ask? Thanks Koin Team.
So far so good. Easy to use and understand. I think this is better than rewards.
