I have been trying to contact customer service for days. The app idea sounds great but its not working for me and customers need their gift cards. The app is not issuing store credits after a order is fulfilled. Again customer service is truly lacking. Sent messages, responded to emails, and nothing. If I can get the app to work I will update the review.
Tried to install. Took me to a login in page where it doesnt allow you to create an account. Also says free, hope it really is.
It says its free, forces you to create a "Free License Key" forces you to sign up, the Free becomes charge $10 now, with no free option (unless you count free for 7 days). Its fine to charge but to lie by stating free.

To clarify: you can access UTMSimple for free directly through our Shopify integration without needing to enter any credit card details. You just need to use this link to claim it properly: https://utmsimple.com/utmsimple-with-shopify/ If you go directly to our main site, it shows the standard pricing page, which can be misleading if you haven't activated it via Shopify. As an apology for the inconvenience, we'd be happy to enable an additional feature for you (like the GCLID report or MCP access) — just let us know which one you'd prefer and we'll set it up. The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day. The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify. To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.

Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on the call, Trackify is sending accurate data to Facebook Events Manager. The overreporting seen in Ads Manager is due to Meta’s attribution and reporting process and is not related to Trackify. For UTM conversion details in Shopify, this is handled by Shopify’s own system. We apologize if you experienced any delay in our support responses. Our support is available during specific hours, but we always try our best to provide detailed help and take calls whenever possible.

13% in FEES!!! The app itself works great. What kills you is the unnecessary high fees for no apparent reason. They charge 10% Tech Fee + 3% Credit Card Fees + a Monthly Fee to Pay the Charity. We are trying to do good by donating to charity. They are charging exceptionally high fees for simply processing the donation. Please bring down your fees!

Horrible customer service and completely overpriced. App is missing a ton of critical features. I used it for over a year, willing to over pay. When I insisted to cancel, guess what they kept on billing me. Dess said she would let me know, bill came in anyway. I do not want your service stop forcing it on my company. Shop around the Shopify App Store lots of better cheaper solutions.
App is working as expected. Developer kindly helped with display of discount price. This is much better than Shopify's automatic discount because customers can change the coupon.
Sakhil has been excellent to work with. I feel I'm working with more of a business partner, than just a vendor. I have been been working with Facebook Ads for 6 years now and I can tell you he knows his stuff. On a 1 to 10 scale he is a 10. I look forward to working with him for years to come.
This is a very buggy app. The idea is great but BOLD doesn't fully test the app. It doesn't work on Chrome under many circumstances. I also dealt with Tyson who did try but often created more bugs and left LIVE dummy products on our LIVE site. Again, the app is buggy as hell. We spent weeks trying to address the bugs with Bold with no avail. I spent HOURS testing and sorting the bugs. Be very careful, you may not catch the bugs yourself, then you will learn you CANNOT access your CART or CANNOT checkout with 3rd parties such as Amazon. It's just not worth it.
