Really Great Support! I didn't know that I would be charged automatically once I reach my credit limit. So I got charged extra. When I got to know about this, I uninstalled it, but I still got charged. After contacting the support team, they refunded me. That's really wonderful. Once I grow, I may use their app again. Thanks!

We have been using the app for 2 years + and despite that we had some serious issues in a times but the team was always there to support us and do what they can to sort them out. And also the team will make you feel like you are a family member not a customer and they are ready to support you all the way they can. this is what kept us using the app till now. Haven't tried the app yet, since the final decision is up to my superior. But the support from Nova (one of their staff) was very quick and delivered in a precise manner. If possible, hope we could work together.
