A clean, fast, efficient app solution for Out Of Stock notifications that does exactly what it's designed to do, while looking good and providing an excellent customer experience. Bait and switch! We deployed at $69.90 per month, and they now want $500 a month for a basic out of stock notification solution! avoid!

Dear Accurascale, we sincerely apologize for your experience and any confusion caused regarding the recent plan changes. As mentioned in the email we sent you about the retirement of your old Premium plan, “We wanted to share an important update — your Premium plan will be retired on November 30.” In that same message, we offered two options: Upgrade to a higher plan with a 65% discount for 12 months, unlocking more features and higher usage limits if upgraded before the end of October. Stay on an equivalent plan (the new Rocket plan) with a 12.54% early-bird discount for a year if switched before October ended. The Rocket plan — which replaces your previous Premium plan — is $99.90/month, and with the early-bird discount, it would have been approximately $87/month. The $500/month plan you mentioned refers to a different, higher-tier plan (Notify Me Plus), and we understand how this might have caused some misunderstanding. We truly hope this clarification helps and would love the opportunity to have you with us again. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us communicate better and continue improving.
The ability to train and fine tune the AI with Chatty is a game changer - and the clean, performant tools for staff will make adoption a breeze! Shout out to Hana on the support team who resolved an issue for me in under 2 minutes! Awesome support and a great tool, highly recommended !
This app is the real deal with truly amazing and responsive support for whom no request is too much. Highly recommended, extremely accurate translations, very powerful and customisable and great value for money compared to the alternatives. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant app, with fine-grain controls and perfect compliance for VAT / Sales tax display! What is more, the support team (shoutout to Adam) is responsive, prompt and absolutely dedicated to making sure all is working as it should, even with complicated theme issues that are technically outside the support scope! Wonderful solution, works great, get the Pro version for brilliant rules and filters, highly, highly recommended!

Simply awesome! Let customers self-serve editing shipping details as they need, and the developers even plugged into our 3PL platform (mintsoft) so edits are pushed to the warehouse automatically - phenomenal app, support, service and value for money!
What can I say? The customer hub has simplified and revolutionised our customer experience, help us drive recurring customers, account logins and repeat business. It probably paid for itself on day 1! Add that that extremely good and responsive support and you've a 100% recommendation!
Not only is Richpanel a breath of fresh air, the support is absolutely incredible! The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually! We're literally saving a fortune and it's only installed a week!

Exactly what I was looking for to bulk partially fulfil orders based on CSV data. Does EXACTLY what it says on the tin, in a clear, clean, well coded and very intuitive manner. What more could you ask for - oh yes! It's free too! Incredible!

If you are running Shopify, and have Xero - GET THIS APP! We struggled for several years with other xero sync tools, that just didn't 'get' it. Reconcile.ly is smart, just works, and has cut HOURS per week from our reconciliations into xero - we LOVE it!

Isn't it lovely when an app does exactly what it is supposed to, while also looking good and making your business look good? Sufio is simple, clean, well designed and completely effective. We no longer have to generate 'VAT invoices' for customers on request, it's all automated, seamless and the invoice templates are super professional and clean looking. Highly recommended! Great App.

Simply the best solution, full stop.
