Their service is great, very understanding and helpful. They took care of all the setup, we made the switch from another loyalty app and Balint helped us transfer all the customer information and communicated constantly letting us know how to proceed. Easy to install and great customer support service.
We´ve been working with Loyaltylion app for a few years now and it has definitely helped us bring in more revenue. Our clients love to purchase knowing they will win points and have a discount for future purchases. The customer service is great and on our plan we count with a specialist that gives us new ideas and we can have monthly meetings to revise all the features and see if there is room for improvement.
