The worst integration of an app. After creating the form, you have to manually copy the html code to place it in Shopify. You don't have a way to simply add a the form as a module inside the pages you create.
Useless. They stopped all of the automations - something to do with manually approving Lost a huge amount of recenue HUGE
I thought it was integrated into Mailchimp - but I am finding that the app sits separately and I cannot easily find how to integrate the mail lists... there might be a way, but it is not easily found so far. I will keep trying to work on it.

Had an issue with customer not receiving the emails/ coupon code and chatting with help desk was very helpful and they gave a thorough explanation.

Tried to create my first form and it didn't work. Followed the instructions but a bug couldn't even let me choose a template. Waste of time.

Why does it seem every Shopify app is a bait-and-switch? Selected this one because it didn't seem shady, but 15 minutes into setup and I find out the only one I can use on the free plan is a silly popover. I'm willing to pay for the right product but not if I can't test it out first. Why can't apps be upfront about this instead of wasting everyone's time?

Hi ONEWITHFISH, I applogize for any inconvenience. What you're suggesting is not the case, you can create several campaigns with us under the free plan. Only advanced features are restricted under the free plan. We also offer free trial so you can explore the product before making any purchase.
This is a very nice app to allow mail chimp forms on your website to collect leads and grow your email list. I also really appreciate their customer service. I had an issue on, not only, a Saturday, but Christmas eve as well, and someone answered my chat and looked into an issue that was my fault for changing the theme that interfered with the landing pages. Highly recommend.

Service is stellar! Quick to respond and help me out for my specific needs. Thank you Kevin for helping me out at this crucial advertising season. I had to use mail chimp for my other company and I find mail munch a bit of a learning curve but it is more powerful with more options to make a professional appearance. Kevin sent me a link to learn more and offered further support which I will take him up on after Christmas.

DO NOT USE. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS APP. PLEASE FIND OTHER BETTER EMAIL MARKETING OR LANDING PAGE APPS. Firstly, they are unprofessional and won't own up to their mistakes. Kevin deleted my site's account when the instruction was to only assist in deleting subscribers. Once i noticed this and complained, he suddenly stopped responding. They left my account unattended to and only responded back once i informed them that i was going to leave a review. Then Alex responded and said no one had deleted it which wasn't true. This made me asked for a refund for my existing subscription which i'm being deprived of using. They deleted my old data, subscriber's form and every information i had on the site on that account. Suddenly, Liz started responding back acting all defensive, shady and very rude. Trying to act smart by indulging an event that previously occurred. I showed many proofs that Kevin deleted my site from the account but she kept arguing and arguing. She obviously wasn't paying attention before arguing but rather shared a screenshot from a second account i had with them and got the issue mixed up thinking she could outsmart the situation. She shared a screenshot proof with her own hands. My data is much more important to me than the refund of my unused subscription, incase you are thinking i just want a refund. I wish i could share screenshot here but i would do that on other review sites that allows image uploads. Ya'll can go to h*ll with the remaining subscription.

Hi Express Wig Braids, We apologize for any inconvenience you had to face. We charge only for the total number of subscribers which includes Cold subscribers as well. Recipients who have not engaged with you (opened emails from you) are termed as Cold subscribers which should be removed on a periodic basis to maintain the hygiene of your subscriber's list. The subscribers you were not able to send out emails are the bounced email addresses and recipients who have not confirmed their email address through the double option email which is the industry standard. The lost subscribers mentioned are the ones that you deleted from your account against our explicit requests. As per privacy laws, any subscribers deleted from an account is hard to delete and any such subscriber cannot be recovered.
It was very simple to set up. just takes time to finalize it the way you want. On the free option there is only one template to choose from and need to upgrade to premium if you want a better selection for popups. The pop up is simple and cannot wait for it to generate email leads.

Great app for managing marketing. The customer service is great, it's nice to know that help is near when you need it. Damien explained everything clearly, and even sent through links on how to solve the problem and tested everything afterwards just to make sure. I would recommend this app.

App claims to be free, a feature that I needed required a subscription. I subscribed to premium to get this feature and then when trying to implement this feature on my site I am told that it is only available for pro and my subscription would need to double in price. I asked to be reimbursed and uninstalled the app. The charge has never been refunded.

I've been using this app for over a year. It has so many bugs. Features we set up will just stop working and I will not be notified until a customer alerts us that they couldn't sign up for our list or receive a coupon code. Currently, our coupon autoresponder stopped working and the app is prompting me to upgrade to use this feature but I've had the PRO LEVEL subscription since day one. This app is totally unreliable.

Just started using it, but it seems user friendly enough. Would be nice if there were more options with fonts - like character spacing as I use that on our site so couldn't get an exact match to how ours looks. But I'm using free version so maybe more options with paid?

Easy-to-use app with great customer support. We needed a translation of the popup window and the team helped us promptly and professionally.
I like this app for forms and I find it pretty easy to navigate but I will not be using it because they do not yet have the option to make a form that includes an upload a pic option. If they had that I would be all in.

Was unable to integrate MailMunch Pop-up with a newer download of Shopify. Apparently Mailchimp and Shopify are no longer friends.

Excellent app! Had it for about two or three years and integrates with ConvertKit with no issues. I made changes to my opt-in form with ConvertKit and was happy to see that I was able to make the exact changes with Mailmunch!

App freezes every 2 seconds as it autosaves. Tried it on every browser and even tried a PC and it still freezes. They told me to clear my cache, cleared it. Same issue. Really considering changing my plan because there's no use in having PRO if I can't even finish a newsletter in a timely fashion. Giving this 3 stars because the app would actually be great if it didn't freeze up.

UPDATE: The support team keeps seeing our messages and ignoring us completely. Get away from this app, I don't really know what to say... The UI looks good and their templates look fine but you only gonna get trouble from this guys.. They charge you like you crazy, we are paying more than we pay shopify and their services don't even work properly, what you see on the preview is not what you will actually get! So don't get mistaken as you will think your customer are looking at something you carefully built but no, they would be seeing very different parts of the body, such as the backgroung going completely different if Gmail is on darkmode, and still they dare to tell you that is Google's fault and that is what it is while we now it is not. Very disappointing, they charge you so much and you get little to nothing in return. For us this feel like a legal scam almost. We will have to go and look for other app. UI is good and the functions they "offer" look good but they don't work. Support is not really helpful and tells you odd things such as when we ask if we could test our email we are about to broadcast to a gmail account they say "Yes, I will send to my gmail and then send you screenshots" which is just very odd, instead of simply allowing you to send a test email to which ever email you want! We are very upset as a small business is so hard to run and this guys dont help at all... Its all a lie, make sure you check what you are doing and you get inform as they won't bother in lying to you to cover there technical issues. Luckily for us we are informed enough. Very disappointing for the time we waste and for the time we will waste plus for the money we been paying this guys (more than to shopify and shopify give you a full platform to run your business) these guys can't even guarantee you your emails are sent correctly. Sorry if there is any typo mistakes on this review, I'm currently very upset with them for the damage they are causing us, we really cannot accept this.

It's very buggy. We were charged for USD130 (duplicate charges due to bugs) to get on both the lead capture pro and email marketing pro plans(total should be USD59). We sent 3k emails using a premium template. The next day we weren't able to send emails with premium templates any more and the same night our email function was completely disabled. We had to switch to our emergency email marketing app to send out emails for an offer that ends that night. Our account kept showing that we aren't on the email marketing pro plan even tho we were charged for it. Software products all have bugs and we understand that. So that's not the real dysfunction here. The customer service was chaotic, disappointing and incompetent. We reported the bugs and tried to get it resolved. The issue was handled by multiple customer service staff and they were giving us contradicting responses. Every time a new customer service person came in, we needed to brief them what has happened and what's worse is that no one took their time to look at all the screenshots we sent to really understand the issues. (and it's not that complicated) We decided this is not a service provider that we wanted to work with after talking to 4 different staff and still couldn't use the services we've been charged for. After we had clearly stated that we want to cancel the plans and want our money back, the customer service staff was still not listening and brushing it off saying "I am just trying to make sure that you can send out the campaign while we assist you with setting up your account." Please review the feedback and improve your services. You've built something pretty good but you need better services to retain your customers.

The app continues to suspend our ability to broadcast an email without reason and not seamlessly synch email subscribers from Shopify. Customer is not readily available on chat as stated to resolve issue either.

This app feels like a prototype. It gets the job done if you spend the time poking around yourself, but any videos I could find to understand the service better and get tutorials are very short and not informative. If there are better resources to get an introduction to the app they aren't made obvious. I spent time setting-up my template and fonts, but the fonts are changed when they go through mobile, not in line with my brand and not showcasing how I would like my first introduction to customers to be. Very much on the fence if I'll be willing to pay for Mailmunch monthly for the additional features if the foundation ones are very flat and not user friendly.

Easy to set up. I already use MailChimp for new subscribers to email them a discount code after subscribing, so I wanted to add a new pop-up to grow my email list without having to redo everything. This works perfectly!

The app is nice and could be even nicer and more useful if the customer support would reply. They give you assistance and tell you that they will get it solved in the next day... 10 days later, nothing is done. And nobody replied anymore in the chat...

Very easy setup! Links with MailChimp right away. I think the two 'free' templates for the email signup forms are good enough for a start.

We use the app mainly for an autoresponder when people sign up for our mailing list. It's a great app. It can do lots of cool stuff.

The app is pretty intuitive, but very limited in the free edition. They hound you for a review using the exact same type of things you can use their app for, so I guess it works. The problem is, I am only writing this review so that popup doesn't keep coming back.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have paid for a premium service and we can't even tweak the templates to match our website theme - so I submitted to there design team - I have sent form back 3 times for corrections - we haven't even setup the welcome pop up because they can't centre the text - it's been 2 weeks & I'm done - my patience has run out - they were very quick to take my money - - - - - - - I replied to your chat over 30 minutes ago & NO response - the last email was from Bill Tue, Sep 29, 2020 5:55 pm agreeing the work that you sent to me was horrible ------ still no help, no email & it's the end of 2nd business day - beyond BAD

this app is way too expensive... doing the job though, but we look to do it internally for a few hours of coding.

Since starting my business several people have recommended MailChimp/MailMunch. Im preparing for a huge launch I paid money for the app and it does not perform. Customer Service is non existent....very disapointed

Works like a charm. Nice clean customizable popups. Getting more subscribers than we ever have before. Really easy to use great templates.

Very unreliable APP, the charges suddenly increased dozens of times, but did not inform the reason, I have emailed to ask the reason three or four times, and there is still no reply, bad after-sales
