UTTERLY USELESS. Don't waste your money. Their fraud prevention is USELESS

Our fraud prevention system is designed to catch most referral abuse patterns while avoiding false positives that could block genuine customers. We did offer to help set up additional safeguards to prevent this type of abuse, and we’d still be happy to work with you to fine-tune your setup if you’d like to give it another try. I’ll be reaching out to you separately via email so we can go over your concerns in detail and explain the multiple ways we can help you work through the flagging of suspicious activity (for example via the Fraud Center and Fraud History tools) so you can better monitor and manage your referral program. First we are told we don't have an account - we have been with reviews.io for 6 years, and then we are told they can't help ...yet they can do what we need with a competitor Huh? HUH????

Useless. They stopped all of the automations - something to do with manually approving Lost a huge amount of recenue HUGE
Jade and Joshua have been great. We had an issue and he has helped sort out a plan for us to make this work better for our customers
